Happy gaming world is a fraud company. They don’t send your order even after confirmation. They’ve done this to many others. Do not buy from them. I placed order through Flipkart from them but they did not send the order.

It was a great deal and I was searching for generic controller for my PS3 for a reasonable price. And Happy Gaming World got me what I was searching for.

Poor service ......After sales people don't pick your call ....if at all they pick ...they make one excuse or the other .. Had ordered a con sole on 28 jan 2025...( Order no 137369 ) Received a defective controller out of box ...sent them unboxing video.....but of no benefit ....Since last 1 month I am having console that I can't use with faulty controller ....

I ordered a xbox series controller from hg world once , that was through Flipkart and it came in good condition . However , I chose to order from their official site and I ordered a Nintendo switch lite and when I called them the first thing they asked me was why didn't you order the inbuilt with 60+ games so I said that I already had a game . However , I saw reviews before and one of them said that the pre-loaded one was used before and all and had scratches and surely I didn't want to risk it so I didnt order it and ended up cancelling the other order too . But when I called them , they said they won't refund my since I did cod which is why I am disappointed . If you want to order , order at your own risk from these site .

I've bought Nintentdo Switch OLED on 23-0-2024, for Order confirmation online - I as per their policy I have to pay 3021₹- as advance. If you order by COD (Cash on Delivery) your order won't confirm. Brand New NINTENDO Switch Oled | 60+ Best Games Bundle | 576 GB Internal(64+512) | White Edition 1. When I've received the product, product packaging is too bad, it has scatched (I wish I can upload picture here.) 2. When I've open the product, there is some scarches on the console display. 3. as I've learned from youtube (how to check that your product is old or new - if you buying online) they has definately sent me used products bcz, there is something where you can crosscheck the serial number from console internal information and packaging box What I've found is both joycons serial number got matched, but, the main console serial number wasn't matched. So, you know how these guys making us fool is - they provide you new joycons with used/old console (with new game price. - I've paid 33,600₹- them in total for new product, where i've received used product, and used/pre-owned product price is 23,500₹-) 4. Included games (which I've paid them extra) there are 15-16 games aren't working, which i had call with them and they keep lying me that (yes, sir I will provide you today, tomorrow) and now it's month. I'm too frustate now, as i've to call them and follow up for my product games/ and other solution again and again.
