Worst after sales service.

I have been trying g to contact hggaming for past 15days. But no one is responding the calls or messages. I bought new modded nintendo swith oled from them. My requirements was about 30 pre-installed games of my choice but what I got was nothing like that. They put the games of their own choice. Very late dilivery. Still I was like ki theek hey atlest they'll tell me how to download and install the games in it both that I can do it my self. But no, after the purchase there is zero response from the. The worst experience i had till date. Not the switch is just sitting in the corner of my room. Cant pay it because there are no games in it that I can play.
