Two of your reps did the impossible for me and my client today and I could write a 10 page essay singing their praises. I normally never leave reviews in anything in my life but Racheal Draughn and Cailynn Kelley helped me salvage an international air shipment for one of my best clients. Rachael helped answer my clients questions about international shipments out of China since they were getting hoodwinked by FedEx so thanks to Rachael I was able to maximize profit all while saving my client money and building up more trust. When it came time to book I was struggling with my corporate office and was having a hard time getting help. Cailynn came in and did everything imaginable to make this shipment work when my OWN COMPANY was moving too slow on the draw. I've now got my corporate in line with what's needed but since this was a time sensitive shipment if I would have waited on my company to get this sorted I would have lost the sale and had an upset client. Literally without Rachael and Cailynn I don't know how I could have been able to make this happen and I'm absolutely ecstatic with the service and support they have provided me throughout my time using Exfreight but ESPECIALLY today! They are the dream team of international shipments and you truly have two of the best reps I've ever had the pleasure of working with so be sure to treat them nice and appreciate them as there are no other reps out there as smart, supportive, and creative as those two. I work with freight companies, clients, customer service reps etc on a daily basis and have encountered many different people and not one of them has made as positive of an impression on me as those two I really can't say it enough. They are the best and I wish there were more people like them out there!
