They were extremely helpful. Every question we had they would get back to us quickly with all information. Throughout the process all involved have helped us to get best deals about. Having them to help us took all the stress of of doing a mortgage away. Would highly recommend them to help with any of your legal needs.

Very professional and sorted out the couple of issues we had very rapidly and successfully.
The beginning of the process seemed a bit delayed (it took 1,5 months from the initial reaching out to the welcome team until I got conveyancing quote and then an allocation letter). I'm blaming summer months which are usually a bit slower. But once my case was allocated to a specialist, it has been a smooth, professional and quite a fast process. I'm grateful to Emma Attris for her support and advice. I was buying property for the first time in my life so I needed very clear guidance in some things that might seem obvious or minor.
I have had dealings with many similar companies and it always amuses me how the customer is always blamed if, for example, documents 'aren't received'. This ocurred. Of course I never actually received them to 'sign and return' which I could prove. Never admit an error has been made and never say sorry is commonplace in this area of work. Otherwise the original terms of reference were gratefully achieved and I was pleased with the outcome. Thank you

BBH Legal is the company which was recommended to me. Emma was my point of contact and she was very helpful in answering questions on a few occasions . The whole process was completed online. It was simple and quick, once all documents had been signed. This is the second time BBH has assisted my family with conveyancing (swapping from one lender to another) and LPA. I would definitely highly recommend this firm.

BBH has been faultless with the support given to us with remortgaging and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
BBH did not tell us the cost of their services, as you would expect from any professional business, and charged us £745 for overseeing the implementation of a new mortgage!! There was no survey required and it was the simplest of exercises. This was purely an admin charge which, when I asked them to justify the amount, they refused to explain how they had arrived at the figure. It is, in my view, an extortionate amount for what they had to do and amounts to profiteering.
