DEEP CLEAN - not what it should be
I booked and paid £388 for a DEEP CLEAN service due to purchasing an old home that needed a professional clean. Unfortunately two young ladies with normal basic cleaning equipment arrived and left a few hours later. On inspection the next day it was clear that nothing was deep cleaned as there was still dirt and cobwebs in numerous places around the home. I have tried to resolve my complaint directly however management fail to reply to my emails, even when supplied with photo evidence. I was insulted to be offered £15 as a gesture of good will which I refused. Your reply is irrelevant as the smell has been removed and was not part of my complaint. We have paid for someone to come in behind your cleaners to now make the home clean to live in which it now is. The renovations are future work but cobwebs and dirty bathrooms were part of my £387 spent to which they were unclean.
