Buying a home made smooth and easy

The beginning of the process seemed a bit delayed (it took 1,5 months from the initial reaching out to the welcome team until I got conveyancing quote and then an allocation letter). I'm blaming summer months which are usually a bit slower. But once my case was allocated to a specialist, it has been a smooth, professional and quite a fast process. I'm grateful to Emma Attris for her support and advice. I was buying property for the first time in my life so I needed very clear guidance in some things that might seem obvious or minor.
