Disproportionate Admin Charge!!

BBH did not tell us the cost of their services, as you would expect from any professional business, and charged us £745 for overseeing the implementation of a new mortgage!! There was no survey required and it was the simplest of exercises. This was purely an admin charge which, when I asked them to justify the amount, they refused to explain how they had arrived at the figure. It is, in my view, an extortionate amount for what they had to do and amounts to profiteering.
