Fabulous, no fuss handling of our our purchase of our first home. Instructions were clear and staff were approachable every step of the way. Could not fault you!

The service I received was professional, prompt and informative, Stephanie Iddon dealt with the sale of the property very efficiently.
The service provided was prompt and they contacted me to clarify that they correctly understood my wishes. Very good customer service.
Very happy with the service given on my sale and purchase. Stephanie was always helpful and communicated clearly. Never too busy to take a query or chase thing ls when the opposing solicitors were dragging their heels. Will definitely use BBH again, though hopefully not any time soon after moving into our dream house. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for conveyance. Thanks BBH and more importantly Stephanie!
The legal process seemed to take a very long time nearly 4 months however I am assured it was because it was a new build property. I wonder why when I sold a flat in Spin it took about a month but here in the Uk it’s usually 3 months minimum. The solicitor was very polite and helpful though and called me when necessary.

Helen Tasker worked so hard to get our sale over the line. It was unexpectedly complicated and somehow she managed to get it over the line keeping a professional manner at all times. If you instruct BBH you do not speak with a solicitor but with their assistant. Helen was extremely experienced and if she had any doubt she would ask her manager. Once the file is prepared it is signed off by the solicitors.

Impressed with smoothness of the service and communication throughout. I was initially allocated a point of contact who took me through the preliminary steps and was always prompt with responses to my many questions. I was then allocated a case officer who did all the legwork. Again, was v prompt in responding to my emails and did the necessary with minimum of fuss. Top class legal work
I have been ignored for the last 2 weeks coming up to my completion date. On the final day 6 different people from your company chasing me for cash payment when the questions I asked pertaining to the property has not been answered. I am disgusted with how I have been treated.
