Terrible service provider

Terrible service provider! I have had to cancel one order because there was a 90 minute delay that they didn't bother to disclose until over an hour past the delivery time. Another time I WOULD have canceled my order but dispatch LIED and told mw food was already and was on its way. I actually called the restaurant after my meal still hadn't arrived after two hours and was told dispatch phoned in the order while I was on hold and being lied to that my food was already prepared. It's far too expensive to get lied to and spend hours waiting for food that may or may not come. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Not even 1 star worthy

Usually I order Chinese or pizza for the availability of delivery or I order online and go pick it up. Tonight I did not have my car and my kiddos didn't want pizza so I thought I would give delivery.com a shot. I ordered my food online and received an order confirmation. A little later I was called and informed the restaurant didn't have ice cream so I just had them remove it from the order. I ordered at 7:20 pm and received an an email at 8:12 pm stating that my order was on its way. I waited and waited and called at 8:42 and was informed the driver was at the restaurant waiting on my food. I got upset and called the restaurant to inquire about this. The restaurant closed at 8 pm. I am curious how at 8:12 pm the food was "on it's way". I called back at 9:05 pm to demand a refund in full because I still had not received my food and the guy I talked to said he could just give me a $10 credit towards my next order...how am I going to pay $30 for food that I NEVER received, not get a refund and a $10 credit for next time!?! I told him it is fraud to run a card for an item that is not delivered. I called back and demanded a refund for the full amount and this time I got to talk to a nice woman who sounded like she cared what I had to say. I got my order cancelled and am suppose to receive a refund in the next 1-5 days, but we will see...all they did was tell blatant lies. They also offered me a discount and I turned it down because I will never use them again!

Ordered food and driver called and said it was here. Went outside to get it and was not here. We went out within in seconds of driver calling.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE..

2 Hours Late - Cold Food

I contacted customer support and the Delivery.com rep claimed she spoke with both the restaurant and the delivery driver and said that the driver has picked up the food and it would be delivered about 30 minutes late. 45 minutes later I called the restaurant and they told me the driver had just picked up the food. The GPS showed the driver driving far from my building (most likely making other deliveries). My food was delivered 2 hours late and was cold. Also, the delivery driver removed the receipt in an attempt to hide the time the food was ready I'd assume? Avoid this business

Would rather do no stars..

Would rather do no stars... 3 hours didnt get my food and they didnt want to refund because the restaurant made the food. So your basically screwed. Dont use this service

They are called DELIVERY.com and I went through, filled everything out and after waiting an hour called and was told I had to go and pick it up...? How does that make any sense? I did not choose that option nor was I presented with one. DELIVERY.com... save yourself the stress and go back to grubhub.

Hello i ordered a bicycle from REAL that would be delivered by Dhl i got a mail and said Saturday i spent my whole day waiting i called them and they said Monday. I got free from work ....Not being paid... and waited..I call them..and they said 4 day status ..so what i have to get 4 days of work without being paid ..What is this the bicycle costs how much..this is the baddest service ever

Twice ordered using this service in LBI…

Twice ordered using this service in LBI New Jersey. First order came two hours late(should’ve learned that time). Second time the little cocky delivery “boy” was a smart ass caused I filed on a complaint the day before. Avoid!!!

Terrible terrible terrible

Terrible terrible terrible I ordered 70$ worth of food and was delivered the wrong order that was 20$ worth of food. I call the restaurant back to see if they could resend my original order which they could not because it was the delivery.com responsibility. I called customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes explained the situation and was informed I would receive a full refund in 24 to 48 hours later. Well it has been 8 DAYS so I emailed and later got a response saying they would only refund me $25.00 on an order that was $71.34. I have yet to see even the 25$ back in my account. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will be contacting the BBB.

Thieves and Liars

I will never order using this platform again. I placed my order for a 750ml of Baileys Irish Cream. Unfortunately for me, I received it with the cap broken and what appeared to be a sticky and used bottle. So I then sent an email to their support. They responded back asking me to send a picture of the bottle and of course did. I then received an email stating that the merchant said that the bottles aren’t twist tops which everyone who has ever opened a bottle of Bailey’s knows they all come with a twist top. As a result they claimed they would not be refunding me. There was no accountability taken and they basically believed the merchant and the driver as if they couldn’t be lying. That merchant lost all credibility when they claimed the bottle wasn’t a twist off which clearly is a lie. I have reported delivery.com to the BBB and will be disputing the charge.

They are a joke totally lie to you. DI not submit orders on time. Two hours after I was riders restaurant still had not recieved the order. Two nights in a row. One star is too high a rating for them

Another 2 1/2 hour wait for an incorrect order.

I gave 1star only because it wouldn't let me start writing without a selection there. Yet another time where my order was incorrect and had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get it. Reimbursed the money for what I didn't receive but nothing beyond that. You definitely don't get the service you are paying for. Tracking feature on the app is terrible, can't contact the driver. Definitely do not recommend using this service in the Wood River Illinois area. Will start looking for an alternative even if it costs more. Would gladly pay more for correct orders and to eliminate the frustration that comes with using this service.

It is actually the worst service as per my all experience, no commitment no on time deliveries. I would never suggest anybody to use their services if given an option would definitely select some other service provider even if I have to pay a little more.

This place is literally the worst place…

This place is literally the worst place that I have ever done business with. After an hour an a half they canceled my order. They blamed the restaurant but when I called the restaurant, they informed me that the driver left when the order wasn’t ready.

Do not use this service in Carmel NY

This company cares only about money. When there are mistakes made that are half the customers fault and half their delivery/driver fault, they do NOTHING in taking any responsibility. They throw it all on the customer and refuse to be fair about partial credit and re-delivery. They have NO customer service and don't care that your food was NOT delivered. The driver did NOT call me or text me to handle the issue at hand immediately. The driver called the company in NYC and because of this, communication fell through and could not be EASILY solved. I had to pay TWICE to get the food delivered properly. I called the diner I ordered from and they were already in the process of canceling their account to use them. For a requested $20 towards the re-delivery, they lost a customer and, hopefully, a restaurant account. Use GrubHub, UberEats, or a local restaurant that has employees who deliver. Delivery.com will rob you, twice.

Horrible service

Horrible service. For the third time tonight, we were advised that our order had been canceled. That notice came 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. We contacted the restaurant and were told that the restaurant terminated its relationship with delivery.com three weeks ago. Why, then, was our order accepted? We will never use delivery.com again.

Customer Relations are Terrible

This website and its customer service are both terrible. I explained that I had marked the 20% tip and the on card option and that I even noted the addition to the pricing on the side panel of the screen when I had done so. But the service rep. just said it wasn't marked, which is frustrating enough because I felt as though she was not listening. I understand that there was a processing error, what I wanted was acknowledgment and problem solving, not an accusation. The website also stated that I would receive a text message to say that the order was received, which I did not. After calling the restaurant they had a hard time locating the order. All in all, I do not feel as though my concerns were met and the overall process was not worth the trouble.

My driver almost killed my husband

My driver almost killed my husband. He is extremely allergic to seafood. I put plenty of notes in my order to avoid seafood. The driver NEVER mentioned it. I will NEVER use this service again. Restaurant again: yes This Service again: NEVER
