First time ordering from delivery.com. Will never ever do it again! Placed order at 5:32 pm, at 6:35 get a text and email stating our Oder has been cancelled... seriously it takes an hour to let us know you’re not going to fill it???? What a scam!!!!

I was ordering from the restaurant website not a delivery scam, I do not order ever from anyone but directly from the restaurant, they charged me 2.28 for nothing they did nothing but stole my money I'm so mad this pathetic crap needs to be put to a stop don't ever use these and make sure they aren't lurking to steal the order as they did mine and the refuse to refund the money!!!!
Delivery Courier service is very bad experience.We have send our material 137 kg from Chichwad to Penukonda. 37 kg material not delivered till date. No respose very very poor service. Please do not give reference about this courier.
Worst movers and packers ever in pune. I recommend not go for them for free also. Service is joke. Material will broke, not handle with care.
No understanding of normal COVID social distancing protocols. Most companies understand the concept of no-contact delivery. Instead, the delivery person kept ringing my doorbell and then camped out in my driveway for a good while. Then he came back and started knocking on my door again. Forget COVID, that’s just creepy. I like this restaurant but as long as they’re using this delivery service, no!
This service is a joke. Both Candice and Retina refused to refund my total bill due to an issue on their part.. so I'm now getting a refund of my salad and watch my family eat as I wait for Doordash to bring me dinner for their mistake. Never will I order from delivery. Com
I ordered food from a local restaurant. The original scheduled delivery time was more than 1.5 hours earlier than I got my food. I watched my driver drive away from my restaurant and home many times. I called to complain but was given absolutely no help. DELIVERY.COM SUCKS.
I’m only giving a one star because you have to give some rating. 2 hours later. What horrible service. I know it takes longer to deliver where I live but two hours. Then I asked for just half a refund and someone is supposed to call within24 because management would have to approve. Oh and 2 hrs later still don’t have delivery.
Helluva scam, upcharge cold food and deliver 2.5 hrs later than promised time. Glad I have basic survival skills or I would have starved
I ordered using Delivery.com for a restaurant that is not even using the platform. The restaurant was very concerned I was able to do this. The restaurant could not fulfill my order through Delivery.com (They are not clients of Delivery,com) and I called Delivery for a refund. It's been a week and no refund. Shady business.
Always gives u 1 time when order and changes it to 30-45 more minutes. Worst service ever and they won't fix it. Will go bankrupt soon I hope.
Horrible service! It took 2 hours for my food to be delivered, it was cold, customer service was no help and refused to let me talk to a a manger. First and last time using this service again!
Be aware ! They started to add an additional service charge of over 10 % to the order - they claim is to offset Operational cost because of COVID but let’s be honest ... They not involved in the food delivery ! all they do is send a fax to the restaurant . They charge the restaurant a fee per order and now they charging the customer too !! Stop using them , call the restaurant directly .
Placed our first and last order with this fraudulant curupt company. Driver was extremly rude and unfriendly almost droped our order as he ran off. Order was smashed and cold. To top it off we were overcharged on our credit card and when trying to get help from thier customer support you get the run around from thier lyers in forign contries. Continually asking for the same info over and over. Then ask for pruff of purchase. Looks like we will have to contact the local athorities. Dont waste your time or money you will just get ripped off.

Never use this app. I placed an order at 6:22pm and at 8:05, they told me the restaurant had closed and my food wouldn’t be delivered. Bunch of BS! After reading other reviews, I agree with everyone. Delivery.com, be better! You suck
After being an hour late, they texted me and said food was on the way. It wasn’t. I called restaurant and they said delivery person never showed or contacted them and it happens all the time from delivery.com. I had to drive and get food so restaurant would t loose a sale they couldn’t afford to lose. Of course, food was cold when I got home since it was waiting an hour. The customer service people at delivery.com are not capable or willing to actually do anything to make amends (they insultingly offered me 5000 credit units or something). Never use them!

Our order took almost two hours to get here, and the restaurant is literally 5 minutes away. We had to contact Delivery.com multiple times by both phone and email and were told conflicting stories about why it was taking so long. I will NEVER use this service again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how awful they are as well.
