Customer Relations are Terrible
This website and its customer service are both terrible. I explained that I had marked the 20% tip and the on card option and that I even noted the addition to the pricing on the side panel of the screen when I had done so. But the service rep. just said it wasn't marked, which is frustrating enough because I felt as though she was not listening. I understand that there was a processing error, what I wanted was acknowledgment and problem solving, not an accusation. The website also stated that I would receive a text message to say that the order was received, which I did not. After calling the restaurant they had a hard time locating the order. All in all, I do not feel as though my concerns were met and the overall process was not worth the trouble.
