I waited two hours for my food to…

I waited two hours for my food to arrive! I called customer service ( which is nothing but a joke) they kept telling me that my food would arrive! After the third time calling customer service my food arrived! It was not what I had ordered! I requested a refund! Come to find out I just paid $35.00 for 1 egg and a waffle! To this day my money has not been refunded,but a $5.00 credit has been placed on my account,so I am still out $30.00! I would not recomend this service. And their customer service is lacking

Can't rob restaurants anymore, so they're robbing us instead.

After NY prohibited them from robbing restaurants with a 25% fee, they now are charging people a delivery fee? They really should just close. We have enough other, better services.

Horrible

Horrible. Gives me an eta of 45 min to 1 hr so i place my order. Then they tack on delivery fee and drivers tip. After 30 min I check back only.to find my driver zach hasn't even made.it to the feugos and now.my eta is another 1hr away. Call restaurant only.to find the have no order for me. Im out almost 50 bucks ..hangry and now its after 10pm. I call company and tell.girl to cancel.my.order and refund my money and she hangs up on me. Now I'm driving to taco bell to get food at 1036 pm after working all day. Thanks delivery.com for nothing!!

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company. The ONLY reason anyone uses it is that they are the only game in town. Its less than 50% chance you will get your food on time and sometimes you just simply dont get it at all. The customer service could care less. We are talking bare minimum effort. Barely a company.

the worst delivery service i have ever…

the worst delivery service i have ever seen. The person who is out for delivery . go out on 6pm and back on 7pm with the status customer requested for reattempt. even customer don't know that he has requested for that. this is happening from 3 days. I am continuously complaining and requesting to call me if any difficultly to find the address. But the person who is delivery boy was very self dependent and very much shy may be . he didn't make any call to me. even after my request to the customer care that i am requesting to make a call to me i am not that much harmful, please ask him to call but no. then after continuously happening this now the status is returning to the seller. The best part is, i have received half of that order. its like pair of sandal one i received and one is returning to the seller. that means one person has got the address and 2nd has not.

Will not use delivery.com again

Will not use delivery.com again. Half the order was missing. Delivery.com claimed it could not be "re-delivered" (there was no initial delivery of the missing items!) even though the restaurant is still open for another hour and a half.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! We placed an order at 5:30 and were told that the longest it would be would be an hour. When the food didn't arrive in OVER an hour we called delivery.com. after waiting on hold for at least 15 minutes they hung up on us! The representative on the phone lied to us and said that the reason we hadn't gotten our food was because "the restaurant was very busy". According to the driver, he didn't receive the message to deliver until 25 minutes before he got here! And to top it all off, our food was made incorrectly. That wasn't delivery.coms fault, it just made an already frustrating situation even more frustrating. We finally got our food at 7:30. TWO hours after we placed our order! That is ridiculous! We won't be using delivery.com in the future We will stick with Uber or Doordash!!

Non-delivery - And No Refund! AVOID

Failed to phone the number left as requested and left food outside (they claimed) 45 minutes before the ordered time, which of course wasn't there when we checked. I understand that problems occur, but upon contacting delivery.com for help the next day they failed to call back as promised. I then sent an email and this too was ignored. I wouldn't recommend anyone used this joke of a "company". UPDATE (26 May): Why are you asking me to send you a third email? The fact is, you ignored 2 emails already! UPDATE (27 May): So I DID email you a third time as requested, you said the average reply time is 4 hours. So far it's 18 hours and no reply.

Joke.

Joke. Delivery.com is a pretend service that’s absolute half rate compared to the larger delivery services. After multiple issues, I am done and would not recommend anyone use the service.

2 hours late-unacceptable

Ordered food at 7:42 p.m. website said delivered in an hour. I received my order 2 hours late. Worst delivery service ever. Will not recommend to anyone. Will be using DoorDash for future orders.

My family has food delivered quiet…

My family has food delivered quiet often and today was just a rough day with quiet a bit of tears and when our food was delivered the gentleman was so sweet. He was smiling from the moment he approached our home and just had an amazing personality. It definitely made my night having just a smiling face. Thank you for the positive attitude.

Utter disappointment and no delivery

So I ordered dinner at 7;30 the restaurant I ordered from is less than 10 minutes from my door. My delivery time was set for 8:40. Okay no biggie the restaurant closes at 9 so that still works. I called at 8:50 and was told that the driver was en route with my food. 5 minutes later a text saying that my order was cancelled arrived. Now I will be waiting 5 days for my money to arrive back on my card it's too late to find food out because well, delivery and curbside pickup are the only options during the stay at home order here in Kentucky and most places are not open after 9. I am incredibly disappointed. This is the second time I have ordered from delivery.com neither was satisfactory (last time they spilled a quart of soup and handed me a bag when I called to complain they could not refund the price of the item that was wasted by shoddy delivery practice. I will not be using this service again period.

Terrible customer service.

My friend lives in Bozemant, MT and tried ordering food through delivery.com on her app. Every time she entered payment info, she got an error message. Assuming she was not charged, she tried again, same error. Then we tried my credit card and her boyfriend's credit card. The order wouldn't process but we found out we were all charged $60. We called deliver.com and the customer service rep basically said there was nothing they could do, they couldn't provide a refund and we would have to call our bank to dispute the charges. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Delivery was one hour late

Delivery was one hour late. We also had an issue with choosing delivery time in relation to time zone differences. I wrote to customer service regarding these issues. The response I got from Kercia Wagenaar in Customer Support gave me the impression that she had not read my message at all. Her response was a generic one that could’ve been sent in response to any msg, positive or negative.

ordered our Pizza at 3pm for a 4:30 pm delivery. As of 5:30 pm the driver still doesn't have the pizza and they won't let us cancel our order. This is one business that needs to fail!

Company kinda sucks

Made the mistake of ordering and not realizing it was via delivery.com. 0/5 The first time I ordered from a local Indian restaurant, my food was 3 hours later and cold. Customer service said they couldn't do anything as I had already received the order. The second time was a Thai restaurant that I get carry out from all the time, apparently the restaurant had a gas leak and had to close, when I contacted the delivery drive they said they couldn't do anything and customer service apologized but I never got a refund or anything. Sad that somehow they've been doing this to folx since 2014

I’m not sure what the hell happened…

I’m not sure what the hell happened here, but I should have done more research on this terrible delivery service. I ordered from one of the best restaurants in town and it showed up late and inedible, and my driver apologized because “the proportions are small”???? Also asked for no contact delivery and the dude waited on my doorstep until I opened the door and handed it to me. I know it’s not the restaurant. I’ve eaten there many times and the owner and chef is incredible. This food was not from him. I ordered his tofu pad thai and got noodles with cold tofu and oil on top. I’m not even sure this is from the restaurant I ordered from? This is the worst delivery service and honestly a little scary.

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever. Waited 2 hours for our meal and then they blamed the restaurant for closing early! They were open for the last 2 hours - was that not enough time to pick up the damn food?! The app sucks - says all the restaurants are closed when we know they are open! Horrible horrible horrible service. Will never use again.
