You are better off with ubereats/grubhub

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! PLACED MY ORDER AT 11:45AM AFTER AN HOUR WAITING AND NOT RECEIVING ANY UPDATES I CALLED. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE DRIVER WAS AT THE RESTAURANT AND IT WOULD BE ABOTHER 25 MINUTES. AT THAT POINT I GOT WORRIED ABOUT MY FOOD SITTING AT THE RESTAURANT FOR THE PAST HOUR AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE REASSURED ME THAT THE DELAY WAS FROM THE RESTAURANTS END AND THAT MY FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED HOT AND FRESH. SKEPTICAL, BUT I AGREE TO WAIT INSTEAD OF CANCELLING RIGHT THEN AND THERE. 30 MINUTES LATER MY ORDERE ARRIVES AND LO'AND BEHOLD EVERYRHING THATS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT IS COLD AND EVERYRHING THATS SUPPOSEDTO BE COLD IS NOT AND NACHOS ARE SAGGY. Do not ever order from this service , placed an order and an hour later got a call saying they had held my order from the restaurant , and if I wanted to order it would be another hour. Trash ass service

Robot dude tells me "HOPEFULLY" I will receive a credit for a canceled order!

placed an order at 9:50pm; at 11pm the restaurant called me telling me that they had already closed the kitchen and were sorry but they could not deliver. I guess I incorrectly assumed they would issue me a credit. 3 weeks later I realized I had not received a credit. called the restaurant and they told me they can't credit me that I have to call delivery.com. waited 8 minutes on their chat; then waited 15 mins on the cust service line. The person who answered sounded so much like a robot that i literally had to ask if I was speaking to a live person! He called the restaurant and a few minutes later while I was on hold I received a text message that my order was canceled. Robot dude gets back on the line and tells me...(I s h i t- you not), "I canceled your order and see that you paid via google so HOPEFULLY you will receive a credit within 5 business days". I asked him if he just said, "Hopefully, I will receive a credit" and he confirmed it. I told him I didn't pay via google, I paid with my credit card and he said, "Hmmm, let me see... I'm only seeing google and I don't know what their refund process is so hopefully you will get the credit from them" There was that word again, "HOPEFULLY". I had heard of delivery.com but had only used them once 2 years ago without a problem. while on hold, I had looked up their reviews to see if it was an isolated incident and noticed all the horrible reivews... I told Robot due that he should probably start looking for another company to work for..

I don’t even wanna give one star.

I don’t even wanna give one star.. been screwed by them two nights in a row, dumb on us for trying them again. Placed order, they confirmed order, more then a HOUR later both times they text and tell us the order was cancelled. I’ll be sure to pass the word.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Delivery was prompt and food arrived in warmer and driver was courteous and wearing mask which was very appreciated. Would certainly recommend and will use this service again

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. First order I made never got to my place. I contacted them 3 times and each one told me that the refund would be processed soon and 4 days later, I still don’t have a refund processed. I now have to try to go through my bank to file it as fraud. Don’t use this service.

Terrible

Terrible! I ordered from a local restaurant at 7:30 p.m. The delivery.com site said the order was confirmed with the restaurant. Original time was expected to be an hour. At 9:00 p.m. the time changed to 9:36 p.m. delivery. At 9:33 p.m. I received a text from delivery.com that my order had been canceled. I called and they said they no longer service my area. Now it's almost 10:00 p.m. and I'm ordering pizza for the kids. Never using them again.

I am just in LOVE with the local service…

I am just in LOVE with the local service I receive. The orders are delivered quickly and your text/email services keep me in the loop every step of the way. Your drivers are so friendly and I continue to receive great customer service order after order. Good job delivery.com, I am for sure your biggest Tennessee fan!

NEVER AGAIN.... 😡

So, first time I used this "service" they allowed me to order AND charged me for a restaurant that wasn't even open.. the driver had to call me and let me know when he arrived to pick up my order it was closed. Then tonight dummy me gave them another chance. Had an 80.00 order by time the delivery fee and a generous tip for driver was added. Dropped off an order maybe worth 15.00 from an entirely different restaurant, SERIOUSLY. Called customer service got the run around and excuses. Demanded a refund before we ended call. Then received email stating order had been canceled and basically blamed the restaurant for the whole ordeal. WHICH I will be contacting this restaurant and informing them of situation. 0 stars....

Got a refund... MAYBE

I’m not usually a “Karen” but today I tore it up😂 I ordered delivery from taco John’s through delivery.com NEVER THE HELL AGAIN! They said it would take about and hour and a half for my food to arrive. Okay cool I’m cool with that, after that my food still hasn’t arrived so I called them to check on it. They said taco johns was busy and that would be 10 more minutes. Okay cool I wait 20 and call back because my food still hasn’t arrived. And the woman I talked to... my god this woman... she said that the driver had showed up and dropped my food off (it does say it was delivered but it never was) and there was no problem. I told her obviously he hadn’t so she called him and asked what was up. After being on hold for twenty minutes, she said that he couldn’t find my address because my apartment wasn’t labeled with the number. (It is labeled for one) and I told her that it was. So she called him again. On hold again. Came back and said that I didn’t enter my apartment number when I ordered the food. (Which I did) so called him yet again. I’m on hold AGAIN. Came back and said that he tried to call me and gave me a bogus number that I had never heard of. For one I never entered my phone number because I don’t like entering my number online because then I get a bunch of scam texts and calls. I gave them my email. She called him again. ON HOLD AGAIN. Said the he now tried to email me (I did give them my email) I never got on email! I told her I would send her my door number, my screenshot of my order confirmation which has my apartment number on it and she said she would send me her “proof” and that my food would be here in five minutes. It’s not been 2 hours and 40 something minutes. We hang up I sit outside my door waiting. Two minutes after I email her my picture and screenshots I get an email back saying I had gotten BLOCKED! And I never received her email of her “proof”. After 20 minutes has passed Kain said forget it and we drove to get taco johns because we haven’t eaten all day. They where not busy at all and we where back within 15 minutes. So I call them again because no food was at my door and it never showed up when I was there when they said it would. After arguing with her for god knows how long she tried to say that I would not be getting my food or a refund because it was my fault for not putting in my address correctly. That’s where I blew up and threatened her with a law suit because I did I sent proof she blocked me. It’s now been over four hours and she finally said I would get a refund. So we will see in about five business days. If not I will be calling yet again! I can now understand why there are “Karens” in the world!

First time customer of delivery.com via…

First time customer of delivery.com via google. I then placed an order. Went to yelp for comparison. A menu item was cheaper so I contacted a rep at delivery.com. First rep said the prices are the same. I said no it’s right there. Rep didn’t care. Second call, rep said he would escalate to another rep. On hold twice for a long time. Rep apologized and said no one is picking up at the escalation department. No one cares. Lesson learned. Burn me once I’m done.

I would’ve given no stars if it was a…

I would’ve given no stars if it was a option. So it’s after 11pm made an order and the order never got here. $53.00 order No one can contact the driver or restaurant. No more money to buy food so my family starves tonight. The delivery.com team is rude and condescending and doesn’t respect or care for your situation. Bogus company and should be fined and closed for business.

Unhappy, changes needed...

I have been very unhappy with delivery.com. I have placed 2 orders and there has been an issue everytime... First order they forgot a menu item - item cost was listed @ $9.20 (all items have an upcharge compared to restaurant prices, this item was listed at $8 via restaurant). Anyways, they forgot the item and I contacted support. They offered to credit the item cost @ $8!!!! I had to throw a fit to get them to credit me the what I ACTUALLY paid. I think their practice of not crediting the actual order amount (item price, taxes etc) is VERY SHADY. They eventually said they would give me a $10 credit. Ok, weeks later, I placed my second order. There was not credit on my account so I contacted support AGAIN. They finally gave me the credit and gave instructions on how to redeem. I go to place the order and do not see the credit anywhere!!!! What is your skeem delivery.com??? Profiting off mistakes and making it EXCEEDINGLY difficult to apply credits? You have LOST a customer. You need more transparent practices and better customer service. Ameer S. was who I spoke with on chat support.

Delivery.com took over for Texas ToGo…

Delivery.com took over for Texas ToGo in my city. Their site hasn't worked since then. With Texas ToGo i had tons of choices for restaurants in my rural area which i live just outside city limits. Since this new delivery.com took over now their website shows "0" restaurants. Of course their chat is useless and of no help. You get their fake apology and generic response of "We are expanding our areas everyday". Thats interesting because Texas ToGo already had my area expanded. I wish they would go under so a good company could take over. Thank God for GrubHub, sooo much better and cheaper. Its free delivery on most of their restaurants, and the ones that do charge is nothing compared to what delivery.com's charges.

This service sucks!

This service sucks!! A hour waiting for delivery get a call saying another hour. Called the restaurant they hadn't even received the order yet! Called to cancel the order with delivery.com they had already charged my card for a order that hasn't been picked up or even made with the restaurant..and tell me up to 5 business days to refund my card. Stay away!

NEVER ORDER USING THIS SERVICE!!!! Placed an order at 2:15pm this afternoon with an expected delivery of 3:15pm. The driver finally showed up at 5:00pm. We received a phone call around 3:15 saying that they were running a little behind. Almost two hours is not a little behind. This is the first time that we used Delivery.com. Ridiculous that we had to pay for such poor service. The food was barely warm. We will NEVER use your service again.

I used my credit card on delivery.com

I used my credit card on delivery.com. I didn't use my card anywhere else for the longest time before I used it on delivery.com. after 2 days of use. I started to see purchases on my card that was not authorized by me. I have no proof it was them. But I am avoid them from now on
