2 Hours Late - Cold Food
I contacted customer support and the Delivery.com rep claimed she spoke with both the restaurant and the delivery driver and said that the driver has picked up the food and it would be delivered about 30 minutes late. 45 minutes later I called the restaurant and they told me the driver had just picked up the food. The GPS showed the driver driving far from my building (most likely making other deliveries). My food was delivered 2 hours late and was cold. Also, the delivery driver removed the receipt in an attempt to hide the time the food was ready I'd assume? Avoid this business
