Terrible terrible terrible
Terrible terrible terrible I ordered 70$ worth of food and was delivered the wrong order that was 20$ worth of food. I call the restaurant back to see if they could resend my original order which they could not because it was the delivery.com responsibility. I called customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes explained the situation and was informed I would receive a full refund in 24 to 48 hours later. Well it has been 8 DAYS so I emailed and later got a response saying they would only refund me $25.00 on an order that was $71.34. I have yet to see even the 25$ back in my account. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will be contacting the BBB.
