There should be Zero stars. First of all anyone who orders from them are complete idiotz. This company is a complete fraud. They have no products. None of the artists are affiliated or behind this BS. Why in Gods name would you order from these Azzholes. You must be an azzhole yourself. Gullible dumb fuckz who believe anything. I'm telling you for a fact that there's at least a hundred thousand emails from people with the same issue. Why the fuk would you order signed Ozzy and Camilla whoever the fuk she is. Dude do y'all know how easy it is to get music. WAKE THE FUK UP!

I ordered over $100 worth of merch a have never received any confirmation on my order. They do not return my emails. I did not check their rating although I should have. I think we should get a class action lawsuit against this terrible company. Who is with me?

From what I can tell, this site is doing nothing but processing payments currently. I have been waiting months for a hoodie I ordered for my son. They never send any updates, but if I take the time to research the transaction they just keep moving the ship date. I work in ecommerce, and it is not normal to process a payment before they have to item ready to ship. This site may have sold poor quality goods at one point, as other reviews have noted, but currently they are just stealing your money.

If I could give zero stars I would! The customer service is horrible. I ordered several face masks, shirts and a hoodie. To start off, the face masks are cheaply made and you can’t even wear them. They definitely will not protect you from anything. They charged $13 with shipping for such a cheap item. BEWARE-They will not accept returns and will only give you half of the amount you paid ($5-$6). I received the shirts I ordered and only 1 of them was decent; the other was extremely short also cheaply made. The hoodie was so expensive (close to $60) and came damaged. There was a huge tear that looked like someone took a box cutter and sliced it. When I called customer service regarding the return for the damaged sweater- they stated they could only provide a 20% discount since they didn’t have any more. Now why would I keep a damaged sweater? Please keep in mind, I placed this order back in May around Mother’s Day and just received all of these items. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MUSIC TODAY!

I hate to be a part of this group but unfortunately I am. Ordered and paid for BLM masks and shirts and and 6 weeks later all I’m getting is the run around. No explanation as to EXACTLY where or what the hold up is. Seriously expensive lesson learned. *slow sigh*

Would rate a 0 if I could! Never order from here!! A friend and I ordered 2 things in May (which cost us a lot of money). After a month of vague shipping updates and tracking details and hardly anything happening, we tried emailing them several times. Another month has passed and they still haven’t replied. We tried phoning them, and each time there is a different excuse and a different reason why we can’t get a refund. We were promised a refund twice, and each time we called back to claim it there was another excuse, and we were told to wait even longer. We got hung up on twice. In our latest phone call, we were told our estimated shipping time was 12 weeks, and was due in September (which we had previously never been told and had never been advertised on their website or anywhere else), and they still wouldn’t let us get a refund. Now we have been promised a refund again if we wait “just one more week”, but how are we supposed to know whether we really will or not?! Never order from here!! Terrible customer service and slowest shipping I’ve EVER experienced!!

So a friend and I ordered some stuff and we were having some issues with the delivery, after about 3-4 weeks we hadn’t gotten an update on where our package was or what was going on. So we called to see what was going on and the lady said it has an estimated time of 21 days until it arrives, we were unaware at that time it had been almost 40 days without knowing where our package was so my friend rang again and explained how long it had been and that we were really unhappy with their service, we got the same response as the time before. So she rang again and a different lady answered the phone so my friend explained again only to be hung up on!! She rang 2 more times after the same problem and the lady on the other end said if it doesn’t arrive by this date we will refund you and that’s all I can do have a nicer day bye! She was extremely rude for someone in customer service and that’s just not ok! So if your looking to buy something from these guys dont do it unless you want to put up with grumpy people! Also one of the ladies told us it is probably the slowest shipping company in the word!.

I ordered 3 black lives matter shirts, a month ago cost me $95.00 I received an email saying because of covid19 shipments would be delayed...which I understand..today is July 20th. I decided to track my order...I put in my email address, (bloop) I get a message telling me that the email address isn't associated with this order...which is a lie because it's the only email I have and it's the email that they responded my receipt for my order with. Also there's this number 877. 687-4277. They tell you to call and speak to them, but it rings and then hangs up, more person answers and your not able to leave a message. Do not order.

I ordered and PAID for a face mask on April 27 and after at minimum SIX emails, still no response. Just give me my money back and I'll go elsewhere. Don't waste your time and energy at this place.

Because of COVID crisis, I hadn't received my order within 24 days, so I claimed for it and it was very kindly solved within a few days.

Ordered a Goose shirt a month ago. The only message I've received is Order Pending. No way to run a business when they take the money and run.

I see so many negative reviews for them everywhere, but here is one good one. I’ve ordered from them three times now. Every time I have received my order (In perfect condition), the only downside is sometimes it takes them a while to send out a package (Once it took a month for them to even ship it out), but they always arrive and come in nice!

Seen a charge for this on my account, I have no idea for what! I have never even used their service!

This should get zero stars but I got to give it something. So about a month ago I ordered from the official Kelsea ballerini store and I had asked after a week when my order would be shipped and I got it automated email saying they get back to me soon then another week went by and then I contacted them again and another automated email and then same thing another week later an automated email how they keep doing is giving me automated email saying they are going to get back to me and they're not going to because they haven't it's been almost a month it says on their website my order is pending or processing and I already spent over $60 and I have no way of getting ahold of these people there is no phone number and the number I was given by somebody doesn't work so this is definitely a scam like. So and now I'm out of $63 it looks like. Update: After about a month and a half I finally received my order but, no customer service response or anything.

Ordered a Lost Boys limited edition red vinyl - received a Down River Electric (?!) record instead. Ignoring my emails now. Just great. Not happy!!! Wish I did my research before ordering.

Would give 0 if I could. Preordered a record, the record got released 2 months later still no sign of my record. Multiple emails and messages sent across multiple platforms, all completely ignored. Yet they have the cheek to post tweets and Instagram updates. Absolute disgrace of a company, I don’t understand how they get such big names to “work” with them. Don’t ever ever order from them no matter how much you may want that limited edition vinyl it’s not worth the hassle. All smoke and mirrors with them

I placed an order with this company and have yet to receive it it’s been over a week late. Also they’ve been bombarding me with text messages.

I pre-ordered an item in April and was due to ship May 8. I contacted them twice by email when there was no update to my order and received no response. Finally located a phone number and called them. It was due to ship that Friday. The supposed shipment has been in Raleigh NC for almost 2 weeks. If I could find a way to blast them on Facebook, I would. I ordered through shopelvis.com and will never order anything through them either. It was a gift for my aunt and it may never get there. Worst online shopping/shipping experience ever.
