I ordered to TCB (Elvis logo) face masks and a tee shirt, on April 29. They were to ship on May 8th. So far I have received nothing. When I email, I get a form letter response. I keep asking them to refund my money or ship my items. I get nothing from them. They took the money but didn't ship my items. I will never order from this bunch of trash again. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered a liltjay shirt and never came in. Said normal shipping should be 7-21 days, it’s been 2 months. Never emailed me back, ripped me off.

Sells autopenned signatures. Crap customer service. Avoid at all costs

I ordered MonstaX merch (preorder) the beginning of February 2020 and when checking the order number it was non existent. I paid extra for the 2-3 day delivery and waited almost a month before checking the status. They said the items were out of stock and back ordered, but that isn't what the website showed, so I waited another week and checked the website again, everything was in stock so I asked again. They said that the shipping is taking longer, waited almost another month and asked again, they told me to hold tight and wait, they said they are unsure when it would arrive. I got fed up and went through paypal to get a refund. Once I got my refund through PayPal stepping in, I got a cancellation from them with my complete order. Like it magically appeared and they had not even attempted to ship it out or have any desire to send it out. I hope others keep checking and get their money back and not allow them to sit on it and keep your money because you either forgot about it or sat around waiting for a package that will most likely never come.

pre order Joe Satriani and April 10th release. still nothing and no replies and a number of email request for the digital download. Are you kidding me. If push comes to shove will direct my request to Joe.

I made an order from The Camila Cabello Official Store based on musictoday in December, since it was a pre-order I was supposed to get my parcel by the end of February and that was fine. But at the end of February they delayed it until April, and in April they inform me that my order will not ship until June of 2020. When I try to contact them via e-mail they completely ignore me, I get no response, I can't request a refund, like they just vanished. That's a shame for Camila Cabello to do business with musictoday. I really hope somebody informs Camila about it!

The worst, Customer Service is just plain arrogant and rude.

This company is complete garbage. Buying anything with a physical presence takes forever to receive for some unknown reason. I understand delays, but to wait 6 weeks for something that could be delivered in half that time by bicycle is ridiculous in this day and age. Lesson learned, will never purchase anything from them again

POS company gave up after over 80 email exchanges last year, they took my money, charged me a ridiculous amount for shipping, then got hit with an import charge that was more than the vinyl, thought I'd email them in Feb 2020, hot the same response my Machine Gun Kelly Signed insert is apparently out of stock which now takes it to 8 months I've been waiting for it. Both this company and the artist can go **** themselves, complete con job artist/artist management must know this yet choose to still use this company who's excuse for everything is we are just a distribution company. SHOULD BE FULLY INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN, STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING GOODS DO NOT ORDER AT ANY COST FROM THEM

So I pre-ordered an album approximately two months before the official release date, with the belief that on the official release date, the album (CD) would be delivered in the mail. Nope. Release date comes and goes, music is available everywhere (Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes Store, Amazon Music, Amazon Store, etc.), and no CD in the mail. I contacted Musictoday and they are ambivalent, I can expect the album a little over week after it's widely available everywhere. My advice, stick with Amazon, or download the audio files from your favorite store. Either option would have been less expensive and on time. Musictoday sucks!

I wish there was the option of Zero stars, that being said...I placed an order for a Beatles water bottle and drum tin 30NOV2019. After placing the order and adding a 3-6 day delivery, it came back telling me the order wouldn't be filled until sometime between the 12th and 14th of January. Then the 21st of January. Then the 27th of January. Then the 14th of February. Today 14FEB2020 I went in to find the water bottle was back ordered and the tin would ship on the 21st of February. I called the help line and spoke to a woman who told me my credit card was expired and they were waiting for me to send an update. It was supposed to come via email which it didn't. I was able to cancel the order. Next I got an email with a $23.00 refund for a $54.00 order. So I called back. The customer service guy (Michael) was very good and explained that I wasn't charged for the Tin only the water bottle. I'm hoping this is true. I wouldn't order from any company that uses Musictoday.

Awful. Ordered a Prince blanket. It came damaged. Called-in and asked for a swap, was instructed to send in photos, which I did and got a return parcel code. I got a replacement 10 days later, it was also damaged. I called-in and was told they would just send a replacement so I would not have to wait and that it would be on the way. 1 week later, I received nothing so I called to follow-up, and the person that took the call had no idea who I was talking to before (I saved the name), and that I had to email photos so they could process and send a replacement. I did as instructed but this time got no code. I sent an email to the address that accepted the emailed phots earlier, and SMTP error “no mailbox” occurred. So now I have to cal I. Again. Elapsed time has been 3 months so far. All I want is a non-damaged blanket.

Bought a vinyl, wait for 2 months, still did not receive it. No response and reply from the customer services, until I opened the case via Paypal, they said it might be held by customs. Ridiculousness. I didn't receive any notification from post office. They are really terrible, avoid buying stuff from them. No refund unless via Paypal

Having read all of the other reviews here, AFTER placing my order - I had a feeling of dread, to the point we contacted our bank with our concerns. They in turn agreed through their own investigation, that it looked highly unlikely I would receive my order, any order, by return. I placed my order for 2 items of clothing for the group Midland & requested & paid for the 6-16 day delivery. I received an email confirmation of my Order along with a link to track my order & I checked the link every day. There was a lot of movement around the States but it was dispatched to the U.K. & received by my local Postal Depot by the 16th day & when I collected my parcel, my goods were as ordered, in good condition & sized well & I was very pleased with my Order

I ordered in August a Prince guitar at the official website of prince.com. The estimated time was 4 months to deliver by Musictoday II. Well, at the 19th of december i received 5 plectrums, no guitar. I was glad that i did the paymant through Paypal. In no time Musictoday II cancelled the order. It is a company that is not good at customer care. Do not order something there!!!

I placed an order November 29. The item was on backorder. On December 17 they charged my credit card but never shipped the item. I finally had to cancel the order and request a refund. Since I don't trust their business practices I have also disputed the charge. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a Woodstock anniversary sweatshirt, hat & socks for my husband for Christmas. Very excited about this gift. And to top it off it was from his 94 year old mom as a gift exchange. She has nothing to give him now because it still is not here. I ordered it at the beginning of December thinking that would be plenty of time. It was 92.00 which they sure charged to my card in a hurry. I did get my order before Xmas except is was not my order. It was a pack of pins? How did I get that? So I call them and they tell me they will overnight it but it still won't be here. They re-shipped it all right but they sent it Fed Ex again & it took them over a week to get the last package here. If they would have over-nighted it like they said I would probably have had it. I sent countless e-mails and spoke to their customer service people and NO ONE was listening. Xmas Eve is tomorrow and of course it won't be here, maybe it will never be here or maybe I will get another pack of pins. What a bunch of BS. I should have read these reviews first but my husband saw it on the Woodstock site and really wanted it. We will see.....to be continued.....

Update.... Communication stopped for a while they are still claiming that the signed MGK insertbis on back order. Between this company and the artist they are both a con job. Neither of them have any intention of fulfilling the order. I've now asked about a full refund or potential legal action as the scammed many people It may now be a 1 star a review a day until they sort this out

I ordered a signed MGK vinyl in July. This company took my money and I still haven’t received anything. Two weeks ago they told me it was back ordered even though MGK posted to his IG story that he was signing the vinyls so they could get shipped and that was a month ago. This is the worst company I have ever done business with and according to them there are no refunds. I just want my signed vinyl the sad this is I don’t even trust it will actually be signed by MGK at this point.

Worst ever online shop! Most incompetent customer service ever experienced. They cancel orders without refunding the money. Only got my money back after opening a PayPal dispute and long discussions. Avoid doing business with them!
