Absolutely horrible. I can't believe this company stays in business. Why would a good band like Rush associate themselves with an atrocious company like this? I pre-order a book and two in stock blu-rays. I was charged for all items the day I ordered. Book wasn't to be published for six months. Apparently, they don't send any part of the order until it is all complete. What? I have to wait six months for in stock blu-rays until a pre-order book comes in? Complained several times to no avail and then asked to cancel order and received a refund. Nope, can't cancel a pre-order. Okay I get that- just refund the blu-rays then. Nope, but we can send them now. Fantastic. That is all I wanted. Nope, they never ship. Contact six week later- whoops, will send out Blu-rays right now. Nope. Never ship. Six months go by, book is published. Can't send because the blu-rays are now on back order and they don't have them anymore. Contact same customer service. Yes, I'd like a refund. WHY? Que my head exploding. Guess I'll put them down for fraud on my credit card and get my money back that way. Six months no books, no blu-rays still out $100 bucks. Definitely worst company ever. Do not use/do not buy.

Terrible experience! They try to sell items they don’t have, take your money, hold it for weeks and don’t even notify you. Very bad business

Pre-ordered a DVD/CD combo three weeks before the release date, expecting it to arrive on or a few days after the release. I was charged immediately, but never did receive any shipping information. When it hadn’t arrived five days after release, I attempted to contact the company. Three weeks after release date, I finally get an email saying it should ship within the next few days.

I can't belive this is supposed to be a store for fans. I ordered 2 DMB records and waited for months for them (I live in Denmark so that might be why) - when I finally received them the corners of my records was bent and broken. I've tried to get a replacement, but since it was past their 30 days I was denied a replacement (after being ignored in 2-3 different mails). So now I've spent 158$ for a collectors item that's basically broken.

I ordered a mgk hoodie two months ago and they still didn’t ship it to me. I emailed them like 6 times, and even though they replied everytime, the answer was always the same no matter what I write. They say they are having some trouble with the seller that produces the items. Well, musictoday, you shouldn’t sell something that you don’t have. Two months to produce some printed hoodie? Something isn’t right.

i ordered 2 things on July 11th and it js now August 28th and i have not received it get the concert is on september 7th which is why i ordered way ahead of time... I emailed them twice and they said one of my items its backordered so i said send me the other item that isnt backordered and they replied and said it is also backordered which im sure is bs

Ordered a Cage the Elephant long sleeve Night Running shirt that came with the album release. It was supposed to ship in May, now after may "set backs" from the "manufacturer" it is almost AUGUST and the concert came and went. Status went to "backordered". Still waiting for my damn shirt. If you e-mail them they give you those same excuses but wouldn't you know it they still are willing to sell them on the site still. Buy elsewhere.

Unwilling to replace a vinyl record from The Police that skipped the first time I listened to it. Extremely disappointing customer service and slow in their response time to boot.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Ordered a t-shirt over a month ago. Never received it and I can't even get them to answer an email. What a scam.

Ordered a cage the elephant white t shirt back in April, the expected ship date was in early May. But of course it's June now and my shirt still hasn't been shipped, contacted music today and they can't give me an actual date and they just keep changing my ship date. These guys are complete garbage, don't ever order anything from them.

Ordered the Pink Floyd Division Bell vinyl LP. Release date 6/7/2019. I went to track and see if it shipped but all tracking sites for Music Today no longer exist. Now I'm wondering If I'll ever get the LP. I have not received any shipping notification. Their prices are also Outrageous. I ordered it through Pink Floyd web store thinking I'd get one of the first copies. If you Email The Pink Floyd web store, they tell you to contact Music Today. If looking to buy vinyl, Best Buy, Target and even Walmart now sell vinyl albums online and cheaper than Amazon and Music Today.

Worst customer support ever, pre-order was not sent before I contacted them 3 weeks after the release of album. No apologies or explanations, they said it was shipped the same day. When the parcel arrived it only contained half the items but the label listed full contents. I had to pay tax for the whole thing, but it only had half the items in it. Support refused to refund, I asked to be connected to the supervisor twice and was refused. After my last email they stopped answering and it has been 8 business day since last contact. Avoid at all costs, you can buy the same thing in the physical shop faster and cheaper.

Avoid this company. I've been waiting for an item from them for a month now, and despite paying extra for "expedited delivery", there's been absolutely no sign of it. I emailed them to ask when I can expect to receive it, and they got back to me a few days later telling me to check that my local post office isn't holding it. They're not. And I wasn't surprised to hear that, since the tracking link I was given when my order was confirmed hasn't been updated for several weeks and says that it's still in the USA. I really wish bands/musicians would stop working with this company; the service has been really really terrible.

Ordered a shirt April 10 here it is may 1st and still waiting i called a few weeks ago and they say oh someone must have forgotten to ship it lol...Really ?

3 failed deliveries for over 3 months, how unprofessional, I mean how hard is it to ship small CD's?! I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my life, only at MusicToday. So incompetent and unprofessional. I was asking for a refund and they kept ignoring my emails! If there is na negative star I would definitely give them that rating.

Ordered what was described as a jewel case version CD, showing a picture of the jewel case version. Overpaid for CD and over paid on the shipping also, but figured it was the only way to get a jewel case version. Received a digipack after 10 days. Emailed them, received a "were sorry, but the ad states "This cd is packaged in a digipak. It is not in a jewel case. No wasteful plastic here!" Looks like they added that in the description at the bottom, but didn't take the time to change the picture also! Their return clearly states they will NOT refund shipping ($6.22 for 1 CD, total envelope weight 3.4 oz). After 4 emails, stopped wasting my time... DON'T waste yours, purchase elsewhere!!!

Had a really pleasant experience with musictoday. I ordered 2 autographed Future lps, which came at a reasonable time to Latvia. Packaging was really good and I’ve bought a lot of records in past and this was the most secured. Don’t know what’s up with all the negative reviews, can’t say anything bad at all!

Ordered 2 Toad the Wet Sprocket shirts in September. Wrote to them in November and was told they were backordered and expect them in 1-4 weeks. Wrote them again this week (1/25) and got the same response. 4 months to fulfill a basic tshirt order is unacceptable. They have my money, so I guess there is no need for them to fulfill the order.
