I pre-ordered an item in April and was due to ship May 8. I contacted them twice by email when there was no update to my order and received no response. Finally located a phone number and called them. It was due to ship that Friday. The supposed shipment has been in Raleigh NC for almost 2 weeks. If I could find a way to blast them on Facebook, I would. I ordered through shopelvis.com and will never order anything through them either. It was a gift for my aunt and it may never get there. Worst online shopping/shipping experience ever.
