2 orders just never shipped. Customer service barely responds to emails. I tried to cancel both orders (I was charged for both) and never got confirmation that they were canceled.

Ordered a Dave Matthews Band throw and coffee cup on 12/8. Guaranteed delivery by Dec 25 2022. States official band supported store. I’ve never received the items and it was a christmas gift . I’ve sent 16 emails.,,Never received the items. Cannot believe Dave Matthews has a business misrepresenting the likeness of his band … Absolutely unacceptable and I’m heartbroken .. I can dispute but the items meant way more than the money …. Don’t understand …

Extremely slow shipping and poor communication. Item was listed in stock. On top of that when the album came in it was extremely warped right out of the packaging. No damage to the package, just very poor quality control.

ordered in good faith on the 11th november 2022 and paid , item has not even been shipped or despatched from their warehouse , sent numerous emails about when item will be despatched , standard reply was ,"we are experiencing heavy demand due to holiday period " which is rubbish as i ordered 2 weeks prior holiday period , i suspect that they DONT have the item i ordered and i will be waiting mths for it , am going to cancell my order , BUYER beware of this company , usa companies are usually really good NOT this company

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered a book as a Christmas present through the Orlando Sentinel & paid for expedited shipping to have for Christmas. Book never arrived - emails just say book is “processing” very disappointing. I’d never order from them again since now I see so many similar reviews

Still not delivered ... I ordered in September as a birthday present for November, but time wnt by... so i was hoping it will be a christmas present, but still no more information ... UPS tracking is stuck and musictoday isn't able to help me. What a shame ... Very disappointing ...

I honestly believe the company is a SCAM. I ordered two Santa Lucia band Tees back on 25NOV22 as a present for my son. For three weeks kept getting replies from bots with "your item is being packaged." Needless to say, I called again today and asked for a refund. The lady on the phone told me the same "item being packaged" response. I told her never mind, I want my money back. She said she processed a refund, I will check my statement in a couple of days. If the money is not there I will file a dispute with my bank.

Purchased an item for almost $100 as a Xmas gift. Paid extra for shipping so it would arrive before Xmas. 3 weeks later, it still hasn't been shipped and company won't reply to emails. So disappointing.

I ordered an AC/DC red tie and a High Voltage Die-cut pin. What I received was a red tie not featuring AC/DC and a black wrinkled tee shirt size S that would fit a 10 year old with a logo on it that I don't recognize. Fortunately all this junk only cost me $25. If I could rate '0' I would.

Wow, how is this place still in business? I preordered a Steely Dan album through the official site. (MusicToday is their fulfillment center I guess?) Instead I received two copies of Prince’s Hits Vol 1 & 2. FOUR albums total. No paperwork, invoice, contact info. I put a hold on the payment until “customer service” could straighten it out. Now they’re saying they can’t (won’t) even talk to me? This business is a mess.

I purchased a CD titled Bob Weir Live in Colorado Vol 2 Some how the company sent me the CD Bob Weir Live in Colorado Vol 1, I contacted them told them this was not the CD I ordered, They tried to make it off like it was my fault somehow, after a lot of back and forth discussion they finally admitted they made a mistake and agreed to send me a refund for their error. This was back on 9/16 they set the expectation that by now I would have my refund. Well still no refund, they still owe me a refund of $22.50 they told me well they processed the refund and now nothing can be done, I've checked w/my bank and they have not received a refund from them. I will not use this organization again!!

I ordered six items from the Bat Out Of Hell musical. After seeing reviews I was worried, but I got my order today everything was perfect no problems no issues

Never gave them my email or opted in but they have been harassing me for weeks. Have unsubscribed five times, written to them and their email provider Limestone Networks and received notice that I would be removed in "24 hours" but the federal crime of spam abuse continues. Have made reports to the Federal Trade Commission and now contacting Attorneys General. Read the reviews here and at Better Business Bureau and other reviews sites. They are deeply reviled and let customers down constantly. I am disgusted that they have hijacked my precious time and cannot do what anyone in the world can do--remove an email from a database and comply with FEDERAL LAW. Do not EVER do business with MusicToday. You will DEEPLY REGRET any contact whatsoever. Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad actor.

I ordered Jazmine Sullivan merch. A 2xx T shirt and 2xx when it arrived it fit like a child’s medium. The material was scratchy against the skin. I had to go back and forth with them through email for days to get them to understand their sizing was completely off.

The worst. I returned a Dave Mathews shirt on December 27th, 2021. They received the return on December 28th 2021. I called yesterday to find out when I would see the credit on my cc and they said it was there just not sent through. I asked if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t of received my credit? She said correct.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered four (4)whiskey glasses (which didn’t qualify for free shipping). Only two(2) of the four (4) arrived without being shattered. They hardly used paper to package GLASS!! Contacting customer service is a joke. They are worthless. After a series of emails, back and forth, I have yet to get this resolved. DON’T BUY FROM ANY OF MUSICTODAY.COM’s SITES. My purchase was from their MilesDavisStore.com. What a ripoff!!!

I ordered a Bon Scott t-shirt from these jokers, got it a month later. It's one of the worst prints I have ever seen. On the website the image fills the shirt and looks detailed, on my shirt it was around 40% smaller, like a pea on a drum, the image is supposed to be white with detail, it's gray and looks flat. It's positioned really low down and looks odd. Around the image there's white ghosting. I'm sorry but I can only describe it as shhyte and these morons are making a mockery of Bon Scott. LIKE COVID, AVOID THEM!!!

Avoid at all costs. Literally! Go ANYWHERE ELSE! I ordered two glasses on December 5th. 2 weeks go by and the order still says "it's processing". I had to email and inquire as to why I hadn't received it yet, especially considering they were definately the MOST expensive, AND I was charged an additional $16 in shipping! I finally got an email response 4 full days later, saying it was ABOUT to ship! Lol. After 2 weeks???! In December????! The holiday season???! I'm glad I made the decision to cancel and get my money back after finally doing some online research to this place. I found a competitor that did the same glasses and custom free engraving for $18.00 cheaper then "music today" the official prince store, AND that included rushed shipping to make up for me having to cancel my order. Terrible response time, terrible shipping, over priced, crap. Go somewhere else

This company is useless. I pre ordered a cd that was supposed to arrive on release day the 12th of November. I received an email on the 12 saying it would now ship on the 22nd because of production delays. Didn't get any info or email by the 23rd. Emailing was useless. I found their number and called. The told me it would now ship on the 29th. Called on the 30th they said it would ship on the 6th of December. My card got charged on the 2nd. I got an email with a tracking number on the 6th. The label was created on the 2nd. I called on the 7th today and they said it just had been picked up. The refunded my shipping for my troubles, lol. I asked them what was the point of a pre-order to receive on release day if they wasn't going to fill my order? Why wast I notified of delays? They come up with covid etc as an excuse. I told them they should have ordered theirs from Amazon as it had been in stock and ready to ship since release day. I will never buy nothing from these people ever again.
