I will no longer do business with this company and neither should you. I decided to ordered avenged sevenfold black reign merch on October 11,2018 and I ordered 3 Items - a hoodie, a hat and a shirt. 85 days later on January 4th 2019, they contacted me saying they had cancelled the shirt and they did that without my consent, they did refund the price of the shirt when they contacted me however, it’s too little too late and it’s unacceptable. I am only getting 2 out the 3 products I had ordered, and I am extremely livid, I ordered 3 and I expect 3. You do not tell customers who’ve been waiting nearly 3 months for a parcel you don’t have that item in stock, If you don’t have something in stock tell the customer right away no more than a month tops. They are an incompetent business and love to rip people off and screw them over. This company is not worth your trust or money and the reviews are very telling of what kind of company they run and how they do business.

Ordered a marathon photo with my name and time on it; supposed to be framed. I paid 120 for it. All they sent me was the cardstock sheet with my name and wrong time with no frame. They won't answer their phone nor email me back. This is stealing in my opinion. Worst company ever. it makes me furious that they are getting away with it. shame on the Chicago Tribune for using them as a vendor.

I had the same problem. I pre-ordered what wa supposed to be a signed album from Dolly Parton and also a mug. I got the cd, but no signature. Will never do business with them again. I wish musicians would stop using them.

god awful. ordered Old 97s shirt on Black Friday...all orders come with an Old 97s sticker. They FedExed the sticker....no shirt. No response to emails. Luckily ordered through PayPal and got a refund directly from PayPal. Dealing with MusicToday is impossible....they just plain suck and dont care.

Its been over a month since my preordered Mariah Carey Caution cd was shipped and yet no signs of the CD still at the post office. Frustrated by this company whom commissioned by Mariah to sell her cds outside the US. I wont be buying stuff from this store nor Mariah store again.

Same as everyone else. Ordered merchandise. They sent the wrong stuff. They refuse to make it right. Never, ever, ever buy from them unless desperate. Give them at least a month to get you the right stuff.

Garbage company subcontracted by Authentic Hendrix which they don't show on their website. STill waiting for a mini Hendrix Guitar which I have written off FFS. Should be ashamed of themselves and lucky I have Pay pal. Not the point though is it!

Ordered item to the UK. paid an unexpected £12 customs fee. Paid a ridiculous amount of postage. Once it arrived it was the wrong item. Been trying to come to a resolution for a month now and suddenly have not been getting responses to my emails anymore. Awful service. I’d settle for a refund of the item and customs fee now. Even if they send the correct item, I’ll have to pay another £12 customs. Awful service. Doing small artists a disservice. Avoid at all costs

Same experience... Paid for a download from the US store. Didn't receive it. Sent multiple emails and never got a response. Never received a refund either. It was set up as an 'official' store, so I'm going to write to the artist to let them know. Disgraceful....

Never ever order anything from them. Bought the Interpol Marauder record. It's faulty, had a whooshing sound on b side and plenty of people have the same issue so clearly there was a bar batch. I emailed music today and they basically told me to f*** off as they don't accept refunds or exchanges on cd's, DVD's, records, anything that was opened... I have never dealt with such bad online store, THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I'll keep this simple: I ordered the DAVID BOWIE ALADDIN SANE anniversary satin jacket; cost me nearly $140 US. Months later, it came and I was asked by Canada Customs to pay $60 so I contacted MUSIC TODAY and they said if I didn't want it to send it back and they'd refund me. I told Canada Post to send it back. Here it is, more than two months later, and MUSIC TODAY says it hasn't received the jacket so isn't going to credit me until they get it. This company rips people off. I am sure they have my jacket back and didn't refund me. They didn't give a tracking number for the Canada post regular deliver. I've complained for weeks to MUSIC TODAY, the DAVID BOWIE website and everywhere else I can find. SO DON'T BUY FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY

I had placed my Jason Mraz new album in June as a preorder and been charged , since then even after the Know. Album had released til now I got no shipping info at all. Being charged but never know where’s the hell my order is !

Ordered a shirt. Ordered a shirt in the summer of 2017 hoping to get it by September. Didn't show up until a week before Christmas 2017. It was also the wrong size. Sent it back explaining the issue and had to wait another 4.5 months for a replacement only to have the exact same shirt sent again. Tried to get the correct shirt size or a refund and they tried to make it sound like it's my fault by not checking the size chart on the website (which is non-existent) Horrible service for overpriced, incorrect merch.

Preordered the new Interpol album in June. Guess what, it is August 24 and no Maurader yet. I could normally have an album downloaded by now if it was released through Bandcamp. I even just now got an email from Musictoday saying that the download was now available, but when I went to the link there was no option to download.

Ordered a vinyl when it came both records skipped. Contacted them and got a generic email about their return policy. Sent it back and got a replacement that skipped as well. Messaged them again about the album and again just got the same generic email. Terrible customer service

Bought in pre-order the "special" edition of Blade Runner 2049 OST in vinyl, and when finally arrived - after a replacement order and two month later - the 44.50$ "special edition" is exactly the same crappy version with albums and badly printed artwork and glued cover, that where selling on FNAC or another online retailer for 9 to 11$ !!!! Really poor product and service! DO NOT buy from them. Just wait to the normal release or just check other retailer.

Ordered an album on April 26, paid for 3-7 day shipping. They sent me an email saying it was shipped, but no tracking info. Emailed them 7 days later and asked for a tracking number, no response. Three days later I get an email saying they have re-shipped my item, still no tracking info. I do not know why bands use this company to sell their products. I wish I could find a way to e-mail the band and tell them how bad this company is. Now I do not know if I am ever going to receive my album or not.

They took my money. I pre ordered a camila vinyl in the first week of March and at that time it says it would ship at the end of March. Then the date got pushed back to May and now it's April and has been pushed back again to June, and it says on the item page that it could change again. So yesterday I called and decided to cancel, they cancelled it, but the thing is I was charged on March 14th, and now it doesn't show up on my bank account. It's as if I didn't buy from them but now I'm out of $30. Never buying from here again. I hate this site so much.

I ordered a shirt from them and the e-mail said it would take a few days to process. 9 days later, I e-mailed them and asked what the progress was on my order. They told me that "I am very sorry, we are still awaiting the arrival of these items to our warehouse. We do expect these soon, and your order will ship as soon as possible. We will email you as soon as it's shipped." It's fine if you don't have something in stock...just indicate that on your website! I've been waiting ever since for an e-mail about a shipment. 5 days later.

Delayed for months and then after all that, wrong album sent.
