Thieves and scammers!
This should get zero stars but I got to give it something. So about a month ago I ordered from the official Kelsea ballerini store and I had asked after a week when my order would be shipped and I got it automated email saying they get back to me soon then another week went by and then I contacted them again and another automated email and then same thing another week later an automated email how they keep doing is giving me automated email saying they are going to get back to me and they're not going to because they haven't it's been almost a month it says on their website my order is pending or processing and I already spent over $60 and I have no way of getting ahold of these people there is no phone number and the number I was given by somebody doesn't work so this is definitely a scam like. So and now I'm out of $63 it looks like. Update: After about a month and a half I finally received my order but, no customer service response or anything.
