Absolutely terrible customer service from “enora” on the live chat - my parcel (a running vest which cost over £100) was delivered to the wrong place and I was unable to retrieve it. “Enora” refused to help me, told me it had been delivered and that was the end of the matter and terminated our chat. Absolutely disgraceful customer “service”, especially for a company which charges such high prices. I will never shop with lululemon again as I now see the disregard with which they treat their customers!!
I bout a pair of Align leggings as I'd heard so much about how buttery soft the material was. I agreed on first wear until almost immediately the material pilled and balled. After a month they are unwearable (infrequent wear and washing as instructed) The level of balling is ridiculous. I put in a complaint and they completely fobbed me off saying it wasn't a quality issue. I can tell you - IT IS A QUALITY ISSUE. back and forward with them 3 or 4 times and they are refusing to let me return them. This company is a disgrace and I will NEVER order from them again and I really hope others save their money and not buy their unwearable products.
Bought from them before, the experience was fine, so I made another order during the summer sale. Waited for almost a week with no email confirming the order had shipped, so I contacted customer service. Their “Educator” then started to educate me on what “business day” means. I said, I understand you don’t work on weekends, but it has been a few working days, why hasn’t the parcel even been dispatched yet? I then politely explained that I would be away on holiday soon and asked if they could please send it out as soon as possible. The Educator replied, “You can ask the carrier to return the parcel.” Speechless. Won’t buy from them ever again.
Appalling customer service. I’d never order from this company again. Faulty sports bra (clasp broke after three months). Spent nearly two weeks trying to get a response from customer service. Was eventually offered a voucher!!! For a £50 sports bra that lasted less than three months. I can’t think of any other company as bad as this for customer service. When I had a problem with one of their competitors, the item was replaced immediately. Lululemon made me feel as if I’d broken the item myself and then had to jump through hoops to be offered a gift card. I’ve written to head office and, unsurprisingly, had no reply. Avoid. I’ll never buy from them again.
I thought their products were of a good quality. No that's not the case. I bought my first item from them, they had advertised that the band of the high rise shorts didn't roll over, it did exactly the opposite, in my class I was more focussed on pulling the band up then on following the exercise instructions. This is mis-selling! I am seriously considering taking it to the consumer bureau. I didn't expect anything much from their company, it's mandate is to lie and be deceitful to get business. I had complained to them. I realised after their first email that their intention is to waste customers' time to put people off by asking dozens of questions not once but in every email! I had sent them a photo and described the issue based on their first questionnaire however they kept asking more questions, clearly shows that the company has no policy on how to handle a defect. Couldn't they ask all their questions in one email? The only policy they have is to fob people off. Finally they send an email stating that one isn't entitled to a refund even though the item is faulty. The band rolls over with every movement! I was even happy to send a photo wearing it but they wanted the item to be unworn, even then it's clear that the front of the band is more stretched than the back. They are a scam and one needs to be aware, so I hope people do not pay such a lot of money for their poor quality items, better to buy cheaper brands.
ORDER ID: UK03614641 I ordered from Lululemon and never received my package. The delivery was marked as “delivered,” but it was not delivered to my address, and I searched thoroughly and contacted neighbours. I reported this to the company, expecting basic help, but instead, I was completely dismissed. Despite me never receiving the order, they refused to issue a refund or replacement, and kept pushing me to speak to my bank or even have the police contact them, which is ridiculous and not how consumer law works. Under UK law, the retailer is responsible for ensuring delivery, not the courier and not the bank. The fact that they refuse to take any responsibility shows a complete lack of accountability, poor customer service, and a disregard for their legal obligations. I’ve had to waste time chasing a company that clearly doesn’t care once they have your money. I’ll now be escalating through Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and my bank. I strongly recommend that others think twice before ordering, because if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
Fantastic products ruined by useless customer service. I place an order which has not arrived, I keep getting fobbed of being told I need to wait 5 more days several times. They then also tried to give me a £20 gift card to rebuy the item.. the item cost £50. I'm not spending a penny more with them until my first issue is resolved. Support then just changed the subject to asking me about sizes... Trained on a happy path script and can't / refuse to help when a customer has a genuine issue
Hypocritics and appalling service ... Unbelievably unacceptable. Being an extremely successful Executive Trainer, I have worn their men's shorts for their four-way split. A fellow ET informed me that Lululemon provides a discount for fitness professionals. Lululemon uses 'sweat collective' to outsource this. They, in turn, use SheerID to process these applications. Between the staff at the shop who told us they can't sell men's clothing to women (hypocritical, as when you call Lululemon they state they are ethically the best and not sexist. Lies and shear rubbish), and Sweat Collective, and then SheerID, I have never in my life been treated like a worthless customer. They have all the promises on the phone, yet their words DO NOT match their actions. After nearly three-weeks of utter time-wasting between phone calls and emails and stupidly filling out the 'same' forms, I gave up trying to get accredited. They said my qualification was out of date. In the UK, this isn't the case. I've been qualified since 2011, and they say that is out of date. In the U.K. there is no such thing, otherwise, how would I be insured? (one the documents they ask for)... Speaking to the staff on the phone, great manners, promises of help etc, yet they kept sending me the SAME forms to fill in and the same answers kept coming back. No matter whom I spoke with, the same thing happens. I was liaising with someone called 'Red' at their end, who was as much use as a chocolate kettle, it was embarrassing to witness. My clients range from Princesses, CEO's, VC's, TV / Movie actors, Music stars, to those that benefit from my training, and have no titles, ALL ask me what clothes I wear. By way of advertising, Lululemon should be providing these to me for nothing except free advertising endorsement exposure. Due to the above, I will not even pursue getting a discount card for being a trainer. The experience was awful and unacceptable dealing with such a flawed system. Lululemon should hang their heads in shame. During my 121 'and' online training sessions, my clients and I always talk. I will be passing on my experience with Lululemon 'to be avoided' at all costs. The company is: Sexist Unprofessional Unaccountable Exceptionally low ratings on review sites. I was unaware of this until I found it my duty to share of this awful experience. The clothes themselves are good. Yet, after this wasted effort, I'll be using other brand names and never be in a position to use LuluLemon again. The management and board team should be absolutely and positively ashamed of themselves.
The amazing Lululemon brand is getting destroyed by un-inspiring, self serving team members. I used to go in there and it was a magical experience, I’d never leave without buying something. Now it makes me feel nauseous to go in there and haven’t returned in nearly a year, neither has any of my community. It may as well be Sweaty Betty. Brand has really lost its way, bad choice of Ambassadors this year. Not at all surprised at the tumbling stock.
Fast and easy ordering process, fast shipping time, great product. Second time I have shopped with Lululemon and they do not disappoint. My shorts were as per the website picture, the material is stretchy, comfy, but a little on the small side compared to Adidas. More along the sizing of Nike. But I would still recommended.
I love all of their clothes. It can be somewhat on the premium side but they look so good and the quality of the materials feel amazing.
HORRIFIC, no returns label and when you go into the system it says it does not recognise numbers! No help from customer services. AVOID.
''Vinn was very helpful over the phone, making the ordering process smooth and easy and support were greatly appreciated. Excellent service-highly recommend!" Mr K
I ordered one of their jackets on the 26th of May for £118 and it was due for delivery by the 31st of May. It didn't come then so around 2-3 days later I messaged asking for a refund. They said they would chase up the parcel, whatever that means, and said to message back if it still isn't here in 5 days. I messaged back 2 days ago and no response, it's been 17 days since it was due and I'm getting absolutely fed up of waiting for it to come. It's clear the postal service has most likely lost the parcel but this is ridiculous customer service making me wait so long when it's probably not going to come. This is ridiculous service considering the price of their items and this was actually my first order from them and considering it was so god awful, I won't ever purchase from them again.
Great products and my instore experience has always been exceptional, especially, at the White City Westfield branch. However, I cannot extend this praise for my online shopping experience. They offer no information regarding my order status and there is only one delivery option. It's terrible!
The customer service at the Battersea Power Station store was appalling and has resulted in a total waste of £78. On trying to pay for a multi pack of underwear I was ignored for nearly 5 minutes while the cashier chatted to a friend. A supervisor noticed and eventually asked the staff member to stop chatting and serve waiting customers. When my purchase was finally dealt with, I was not advised that there is no return or exchange on the item. There was no signage to this effect either. The only time this was advised was on the receipt - AFTER I had paid for the item. When I returned to store with the items clearly unworn and packaged exactly as sold, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AGAIN UNHELPFUL, DEFENSIVE AND RUDE. The size (medium) was tiny when I took one item out. I have wasted £78 due to the appalling customer service rather than the policy itself. The final episode of NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE was when I emailed the company customer support address with my concerns. After over 1 month I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT let alone a reply. This is yet another further example of a dreadful customer experience. My advice is to STICK TO SWEATY BETTY where I have never had these issues.
I have placed 3 online orders ever with this company and the third is only with protest and because I naively thought everything would work this time. 1st one was actually fine, amazing! 2nd one, 3 coats totally nearly £1400, the two i didn't want I took to my local store to refund, figuring it was safer than posting them back. Nope, after nearly a month of waiting for my money back, coupled with various phone calls, emails and chats to customer service I am told they will do nothing as it is the stores problem... So I go in and am met with lovely staff who were very confused as to why the phone team wouldn't help me when all they did was phone the came team from in store and they then dealt with them. over 90 minutes later it is finally resolved - by the same phone team who would not speak to me... No compensation, no apology from anyone except the instore team who were just speechless by it. I made the mistake recently of ordering a few items, firstly they took 9 days to arrive and not the 3-5 days they promise and then - leggings are missing, they claim they delivered them, they didn't. Customer service tell me I have to await 3 days for an investigation. I contact them again on the 4th day as no one has gotten back to me to be told that the investigation only starts the day after you contact them, so despite a contact at 8.30am they do not do anything until the day after. Finally I am given my money back after being given the option for them to replace my order (takes 3-5 days for them to place the order apparently and then 3-5 days for delivery - WHY???). So I opt to re do the order my self, foolishly thinking it would actually work this time - it is now 5 days since placing the order and NOTHING has happened. According to their own policy I should be receiving it today at the latest and it has not even been despatched. Just tagged as 'processing' Honestly, whilst I like their stuff they are useless at customer service and I will be going back to other brands after this who can actually despatch in a timely manner and have decent customer service - Nike and Sweaty betty for example. Their kit is not that amazing I am willing to put up with this rubbish.
I needed to contact Lululemon Customer Service urgently and looked on trustpilot on their star rating, i was shocked to see a poor rating! And was concerned to contact them. Nevertheless I contacted them with a lot of hesitation surprisingly it was my best experience with Customer Service yet. The agent helped me through my concern patiently and with so much to give and with so much generosity, she helped me through my inquiry peacefully and treated me with an amazing manner. I don’t know why people have given them this rating! If i had the option to rate them a million stars I will and I’m sure if any of you don’t have a good experience it’s simply a misunderstanding and try contact them again and if that still does’t work than maybe they just need your bad feedback so they can improve in that area. I wish Lululemon the best success and they deserve to be the most successful! I congratulate them for having the best and mt favourite brand! I would be extremely proud if i was part of a team in such an amazing company. Best Wishes for all of you x (And never hesitate to buy or contact Lululemon because hopefully they will welcome you and treat your inquiry will all there effort like they did for me)
Reading the reviews of lululemon customer service bewilders me. I always visit the regents street branch and am met with smiles and helpful staff. Today however I felt I had to make a positive review for a lovely girl called Liv --based today 03/05/25 at the back of the store in the leggings section. I felt like an irritant customer as I had MANY requests for her to search on her tablet, in terms of colours/sizes. She was not only accommodating, but smiley, seemed genuine and made me feel at ease. liv was serving many people at a time, not all polite in my opinion but she met them with grace and patience. I work abroad so didn't have a card at hand...liv went above and beyond to go through the payment process attempt TWICE maybe THREE times (unsuccessfully--fault of my phone not her machine). Liv then thought to get me to purchase a gift card to complete the payment, leaving her station and taking me to a till with a smile. Saying "don't be silly it's fine I'm happy to help, I WILL make this happen for you". She was funny and lovely! Ordinarily I'd shop and leave but after the welcome I got from her I walked round the shop again and bought a second outfit! Please pass this on to Liv at regents street Oxford street!

Lululemon UK faces significant criticism from customers, with many expressing frustration over poor product quality and inadequate customer service. Reviewers frequently report receiving items that do not match the advertised quality, with complaints about faulty goods, such as broken clasps on sports bras and leggings that quickly lose their softness. The customer service experience is particularly troubling, with numerous accounts of unresponsive support and unresolved issues regarding lost or delayed orders. While some customers appreciate the fast shipping and quality of certain products, these positives are overshadowed by the overwhelming negative feedback regarding service and product reliability. Overall, the sentiment leans heavily towards dissatisfaction, with many urging potential buyers to reconsider their purchases.
