Honest to God don't buy from them. It is going to take you months emailing before you can get a hold of them I have waited over a month since I ordered a bowie shirt. 1. Broken tracking number. 2. No info regarding my package 3. Terrible customer service they don't answer your mails and if you är elucky and they do then they don't say much of anything

Order Pink Floyd live cd. Still waiting. Raise issue to Paypal for refund. No help from musictoday.com Shame Shame

I ordered 2 items in november still haven't received them called credit card company and doing a dispute should have read reviewsbefore i ordered

I am appalled that this site is linked to 'blue check verified' musician social media accounts. How can this be???? Not only did I not receive my merchandise, they do not respond to emails, and the phone number for the site is out of service. In addition, an email I rec'd from them that said a few of my items had shipped was linked to an invalid UPS tracking number(s). Buyer beware!!!! Someone needs to make these 'blue check' account holders aware of this apparent scam.

The worst. Every order I make is immediately cancelled as being “fraudulent.” They’ll fix this when I phone them but the next order will be deemed he same: “fraudulent.” Everything other customers have said is true. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Worst customer service. Preordered item, and despite email saying I would have it before the actual release date, it never arrived. Took 6 emails, only for them to tell me because it was international, the express shipping did not count, despite me paying an outrageous amount for express shipping at the checkout. Kept emailing for clarification, only to be ignored. Disgusting company. I don't get why reputable bands deal with this scam site.

Exact same as other reviewers. Preordered Bowie cds. Received emails saying there were production problems and shipping gets delayed and then when new date comes it gets delayed again. Customer service don’t even bother to read your inquiries because their answers never relate to your questions. They even had the guts to ask me if I wax enjoy my order that they never shipped. Be afraid. Be very afraid!

Terrible. I ordered a Bowie cd and box at the beginning of October. They took my money as soon as the pre order was taken (unlike a lot of places that only charge when it is dispatched). The cd was released at the beginning of November and they are telling me it won’t be dispatched until the 11th of December. A delay of over a month when people who ordered from the European site got theirs almost three weeks ago. On top of that I had an email apologizing for the delay and saying it would be sent the second week of November. They then denied this abs said dec 11. They gave me a discount code which isn’t applicable to music. Music being the only thing I’d buy from them. Well with the second release of the series I ordered from Warner’s direct and will probably get it before the first cd. Useless company with zero customer service. A disgrace to Bowie’s name (they “run” the official Bowie store).

Quality of merch is low. Creativity of merch is even lower. Evanescence should find another merch label

This company is a scam and they are just a bunch of professional thieves. I ordered a pre order bluray .....Nick Mason saucerful of secrets live at the Round house on 6 August 2020 which was to be dispatched to South Africa on 20 September 2020. I never received a tracking number and my emails go unanswered. I wish I had read the reviews before getting caught by these crooks.

Worst customer service & ship time of any company I have ever experienced. Pre-ordered from the Fiona Apple website the day of release (4/17) and after months of pushing dates back every 2 weeks my order has finally arrived 9/24. Dishonest company, very difficult to contact & openly lies. I would have probably never gotten my order if I hadn’t demanded a refund on the supposed item still in production.

This is a scam site. What they show and what they send are two different things. They even have the audacity to collect a "tip" for their service. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CC and DO NOT BUY from these scam artists.

HORRIBLE. Please no one order from this website. I spent $98 on a gunna hoodie only for the stitching to be AWFULLY done, the hoodie ties look nothing like the picture, and it came almost 5 months late. I’m just upset and they’re customer service isn’t competent enough to even try to do a return.

Very bad, pre-ordered a sweatshirt a month and a half ago, today I went to the website to check the status and everything dissapeard and the merch I bought it's no longer available. I spent 94$ and I will get my money back

Terrible! Don't buy from them! I ordered a hoodie for my son early June for $103 and it was suppose to be shipped out within 7 days. All they do is keep pushing the shipping day every time the date comes up. So here we are months later and still nothing. So instead of dealing with them anymore more I went straight to PayPal, explained my situation and they were able to get my money back.

4 months to date with a shipping date that changes every time it’s supposed to ship. Lol payed 400$ for some WUNNA merch going on month 5 . Even wrote the company tied to the collab they said they have no info on something there brand is on lol completely a utter joke , rappers have millions of dollars and wanna steal there fans money bad enough concert prices but this is disrespectful

I pre orderd an autographed copy of an album and paid $12 for shipping. Heard nothing for a month so I emailed them. Got a different tracking number and a canned response. Just got the album today (total time 2 months after album release) and it is not autographed. Had I been informed, I would have cancelled the order, spent my $30 at the local record store and kept my $12 for shipping. IMO? Save your money and shop local.

I actually recieved my items it just took long:) I have been seeing many bad reviews on this site and only like three good ones. I'm a huge Camila Cabello fan and decided to buy a couple of her items from her Romance store. After purchasing it and not receiving a tracking number after the next day I got worried as*. I came to check the reviews and was devastated at first because of what everyone was saying about the company. I ordered my items in July around the 16th and they all came in on August 15. (took about a month) It took them a while to process it but I'm just glad I received my items. (BTW I live in Tx )

Canceled items and didn't refund me, order took over 2 months to get here with things missing. Thievery.
