Terrible service!!!
So a friend and I ordered some stuff and we were having some issues with the delivery, after about 3-4 weeks we hadn’t gotten an update on where our package was or what was going on. So we called to see what was going on and the lady said it has an estimated time of 21 days until it arrives, we were unaware at that time it had been almost 40 days without knowing where our package was so my friend rang again and explained how long it had been and that we were really unhappy with their service, we got the same response as the time before. So she rang again and a different lady answered the phone so my friend explained again only to be hung up on!! She rang 2 more times after the same problem and the lady on the other end said if it doesn’t arrive by this date we will refund you and that’s all I can do have a nicer day bye! She was extremely rude for someone in customer service and that’s just not ok! So if your looking to buy something from these guys dont do it unless you want to put up with grumpy people! Also one of the ladies told us it is probably the slowest shipping company in the word!.
