Would rate a 0 if I could! Never order from here!! A friend and I ordered 2 things in May (which cost us a lot of money). After a month of vague shipping updates and tracking details and hardly anything happening, we tried emailing them several times. Another month has passed and they still haven’t replied. We tried phoning them, and each time there is a different excuse and a different reason why we can’t get a refund. We were promised a refund twice, and each time we called back to claim it there was another excuse, and we were told to wait even longer. We got hung up on twice. In our latest phone call, we were told our estimated shipping time was 12 weeks, and was due in September (which we had previously never been told and had never been advertised on their website or anywhere else), and they still wouldn’t let us get a refund. Now we have been promised a refund again if we wait “just one more week”, but how are we supposed to know whether we really will or not?! Never order from here!! Terrible customer service and slowest shipping I’ve EVER experienced!!
