Sézane Reviews

Archives déplorables ! Je ne les feraient plus! Bug a répétions !

I’ve never posted a review on Trustpilot before, but after receiving little satisfaction from customer service, I felt it was important to make others aware of this issue. I’ve now had two separate orders in the last 12 months, and both have included faulty items. The first time, it was a trench coat with a hole in the pocket and a cardigan with a pulled thread. I assumed it was a one-off and decided to give the brand another chance. Big mistake. This week, my latest order arrived and one of the items — a skirt — had a large, noticeable stain on the front. For the price point, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. Do these items not go through any kind of quality control? I’ll be returning the order and won’t be shopping here again. It’s incredibly disappointing to be let down more than once. I expected better.

Ordine, spedizione e consegna puntualissimi.

Risposta veloce, concreta, rispettosa

The whole team is courteous, cooperative, efficient, and exemplary professionals

Au top !!! Merci Sezane

Once again, I did not receive my package. The first time this happened, the tracking information said it was delivered, but it turned out to be at a pickup point. This time, unfortunately, the package is not at any of the pickup points. I contacted both the courier and the store, but no one has replied. I would like to know where exactly my jacket was delivered, especially since I was not at home at the time of supposed delivery. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and a solution.

Contacted them to ask about exchange. Very responsive with answer and refund of shipping charges.

Kwality, Quick, kind and good services,. Thank you

I bought a cardigan and contacted customer service because it was shedding an extreme amount of fluff. I shared photos and even a video with them — and despite all that, their response was simply that “this is not a fault.” If a product continues to shed excessively even after the first few washes, to the point that it seriously prevents regular use, it should absolutely be considered a manufacturing defect — or at the very least, a quality issue. A few fibers on some clothes might be acceptable, but when the fluff sticks to sofas, car seats, clothes, and even floats in the air, it's no longer a wearable item. In such cases, a simple “this is normal” response from the brand is far from satisfying. A return, exchange, or at least a voucher should be offered. Because as a customer, you're not just buying a physical item — you're also paying for quality and trust. Update: The team got back to me and resolved the issue successfully. I appreciate their support and quick response. Updating my rating to reflect the improved experience — thank you!

I recently placed an order with Sézane for two items from their archives section. Unfortunately, one of the items delivered to me was not the one I ordered. I reached out to Sézane’s customer service through their WhatsApp account, and I immediately received a very kind, helpful and fast response. There were absolutely no issues with the return and I was even offered a little compensation, which was a very kind gesture. Upon sending the return slip, Elsa and Cyndel went above and beyond by checking the system for me again to see whether my coveted sweater was available again and offering to send me the replacement. I was really impressed with the level of service, the energy that they both put into dealing with my issue, and the kind and respectful communication. I wish that Sézane’s, and especially Elsa’s and Cyndel’s, level of customer service were the standard everywhere. But alas, since it is not, it is precisely this that keeps bringing me back to Sézane whenever I shop. Thank you very much for everything!

I had a serious delivery issue with my order, and customer service was not up to standard. Despite multiple follow-ups and visits to the pickup point, I never received my parcel. I was eventually refunded, but the items were not resent and no goodwill gesture was offered. Disappointed with the experience—it does not reflect the quality I expected from the brand. Update: After posting this review, Sézane reached out to me by phone to personally apologize for the experience. I appreciated the genuine interest they showed in understanding what went wrong and their willingness to learn from it. While the initial issue was frustrating, this follow-up gave me the sense that they truly care about their customers and are committed to improving. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
