I recently placed an order with Sézane for two items from their archives section. Unfortunately, one of the items delivered to me was not the one I ordered. I reached out to Sézane’s customer service through their WhatsApp account, and I immediately received a very kind, helpful and fast response. There were absolutely no issues with the return and I was even offered a little compensation, which was a very kind gesture. Upon sending the return slip, Elsa and Cyndel went above and beyond by checking the system for me again to see whether my coveted sweater was available again and offering to send me the replacement. I was really impressed with the level of service, the energy that they both put into dealing with my issue, and the kind and respectful communication. I wish that Sézane’s, and especially Elsa’s and Cyndel’s, level of customer service were the standard everywhere. But alas, since it is not, it is precisely this that keeps bringing me back to Sézane whenever I shop. Thank you very much for everything!
