Initial issue, but customer service made an effort to improve

I had a serious delivery issue with my order, and customer service was not up to standard. Despite multiple follow-ups and visits to the pickup point, I never received my parcel. I was eventually refunded, but the items were not resent and no goodwill gesture was offered. Disappointed with the experience—it does not reflect the quality I expected from the brand. Update: After posting this review, Sézane reached out to me by phone to personally apologize for the experience. I appreciated the genuine interest they showed in understanding what went wrong and their willingness to learn from it. While the initial issue was frustrating, this follow-up gave me the sense that they truly care about their customers and are committed to improving. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
