I appreciate that Ryde shows every fee component clearly — that's a genuine improvement over industry norms. But I want to be honest: the commission still adds up for a thin-margin sandwich shop like mine. Transparency is better than surprises, but it doesn't change the underlying economics of third-party delivery. Four stars because the tool is good, not because delivery platforms are cheap.

The selfie match at login and full document check before activation tells me this platform is serious about who's on it. As a female driver working evenings, knowing the same verification applies to who I pick up via the rider code system genuinely matters to me.
