Good concept, app crashed on me twice
The idea behind Ryde is genuinely great and when it works it works well. But I had the app crash on me twice in one week — once mid-booking for a ride in LA and once while checking my Ryde Wallet balance. Support responded within a few hours which I appreciated, but two crashes in a week is frustrating. Hoping they iron out the stability issues.
