I was testing the agentic assistant before a big HVAC filter-replacement batch job and it pulled up real pricing, outlined the slot structure, and waited for me to explicitly confirm before booking anything. Didn't assume, didn't auto-schedule. That explicit confirmation step is the right call — I've been burned by other apps that auto-booked me into conflicts.
