Pro tier ladder is motivating in a way points programs aren't
I've been on platforms with point systems that feel meaningless. The Blue-Gold-Platinum-Diamond ladder here has tangible dispatch priority attached to each level. I can feel the difference in wait time between when I was Blue and now at Platinum. That's not placebo — my idle time dropped measurably.
