Web app works just as well as mobile — impressive
My phone cracked last week and I was using a borrowed laptop. Pulled up the Ryde web app and it had full feature parity — I could book a ride, track it live, and even check my wallet balance. Most apps treat their web version like an afterthought. Ryde clearly doesn't. Booked a ride in Seattle from my browser and it felt identical to the app experience.
