Still getting used to the dashboard but the fundamentals are right
I'm a 62-year-old diner owner and I'll be straight with you — the Ryde merchant dashboard has a learning curve. My nephew helped me get set up. But the fee structure is honest, the AI built my menu faster than I could have typed it, and my own driver gets our orders first. Those things matter. I just needed a little help getting comfortable with the software.
