Start code confused my driver at first
The one-time start code concept is great in theory and I understand why it exists, but my driver in Chicago seemed unfamiliar with the process and we spent about two minutes figuring it out before the ride started. Once it worked it was fine, but maybe more driver education on that feature would help. The ride itself was comfortable and on-time.
