Better than expected but not perfect
The descending commission is genuinely the best structure I've seen as a driver. My complaint is that surge pricing being removed cuts both ways — on a rainy Friday in the city I would have made significantly more with dynamic pricing. I understand why riders like it, but high-demand moments feel undercompensated from my seat.
