Found my leggings
Found my leggings, ordered, received them promptly and they are great to wear, soft and stay up! unlike my trousers which i am always pulling up.

I ordered a pair of £100 “ sweatpants”. The material was horrible. So, I tried to return them . The return button does not work ( when I finally found it) , live chat is down and , after over 20 minutes on hold at customer service, I gave up. Help! Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, which used to be great
It is very risky to purchase via Lululemon online store. The after sell service just doesn't match their branding and price. Even the online browsing experience is very delayed and badly programed. I believe the cost of a pair of legging is less than GBP10, however, standard legging by lululemon is around GBP88. The adding value of 78 is just nothing, but wastes of money! Look their stock price is over 300/share, which is a lot of bubble! Don;t even invest.
Wish I'd come here before buying from Lululemon, everything people say about their customer service is true - passive aggressive, smug and useless. Bought a pair of yoga pants that had a hole in them after two weeks. Their view was that I had snagged them, my view was I hadn't but even if I had caught something (so minor I didn't notice) then £90 leggings shouldn't split like a pair of tights. Made me send photos then immediately rejected the claim with standard language. Awful from a supposedly premium brand. Avoid!
Excellent straight forward customer service. I bought a pair of leggings that were too small for me. The return was simple and easy - they were picked up from my door by Ups and the refund was made a week later. 👍🏻
This review applies to on-line customer services. The customer service of Lululemon is totally hopeless. I purchased a bra, which was broken when I used it first time, the hook snapped (this seems a common problem for many people). I contacted the customer service on 12/08/2020, fulfilled many requests from Lululemon, including various descriptions as well as photos, exchanged at least a dozen e-mails, finally returned the product to their warehouse over a month ago. Yet, I am still waiting for refund. I love Lululemon products, but never thought a poor customer service could underperform at such an appalling level. This is no acceptable whatsoever in any industry. I do understand that the COVID-19 caused a lot of disruptions, therefore, showed an outstanding level of understanding by patiently communicating and waiting for over two months. However, this crap is beyond any professionalism. Even so, I was still shocked that so many other people shared their horrible experiences, a company like Lululemon? Simply too disappointing. I am afraid that I must say this. Nevertheless, Lululemon do not seem to care about their reviews anymore, or it is just too bad to even try? To this point, it is no longer about the refund, it is about the principle, quality, and justice. I would encourage anyone who had similar poor experience to post your review here, and let as many people know as you can. We all deserve better than this.
Dire. This company is not bothered about service or whether you get your items.
I would give zero stars if I could. I have never ever written a review on Trust Pilot before but I am livid. Lululemon sent me the wrong item. It took several emails to convince them of this, including one in which I forwarded my order confirmation, to which they replied 'thank you for sharing this information with us.' YOU ALREDY KNEW WHAT I ORDERED! I GAVE YOU MY ORDER NUMBER IN OUR FIRST EXCHANGE! LOOK IT UP! After finally agreeing to accept the item, they sent me an email with my return information BUT FORGOT TO ATTACH THE SHIPPING LABEL. Then when I called to sort it out, the rep could not make a label for me because one had already been generated, had to put the request in manually, and told me it would be another 5 days before I got it. Throughout, no apologies, no admission of error. A total f£$-around. Never again.
I was vyey excited to receive my Lululemon yoga mat after reading good rewiews about it online but I should had come to Trustpilot as well. My mat started to fall apart just after two months of use. I contacted Lululemon's customer service though their online form and submitted pictures of the mat couple days later to Victoria who replied to complaint. I never heard back from her until I followed up couple weeks later. My case had been closed even without bothering to tell me about it. And Lululemon's response was the most unhelpful service I've experinced for a long time. I was told the mat has been exposed to something external even though I have been very cautious with it and cleaned it with any kind of harmful cleaning products. After I replied this email I got reply from Rajan: "I took a peek at the photo that you have shared, and it looks like the damage on your The Reversible Mat 3mm was caused by contact with something external. Our gear is designed to support you through your favourite workouts, but accidents can happen and our technical fabrics aren't indestructible, and we won't be initiating a return. Keep in mind that our quality promise covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover damage from external force, natural wear and tear, fit or preference. " Receiving this kind of automated response without even bothering to look into my case is unacceptable . £48 yoga is not fit for its purpose of it start to break down in normal use. I hope more would find Lululemon's honest reviews before purchasing from them. Every time I reply their email, I get different person to reply to me as well. I highly recommend inverting your money in smaller brands who care about their customers and want to improve their products according to feedback.
Waited a week and still no delivery. Called asked forma.refund and was spun a yarn. For the cost of their products this service is not good enough. Spend your money elsewhere.
Products are OK, pretty steep price point, but fine. The customer service is AWFUL. Two months, dozens of emails and about three mental breakdowns later, I still don't have a refund for a pair of faulty leggings. I don't have the leggings either! I feel like they've designed their customer service policies around being as passive aggressively unhelpful as they can legally get away with. Avoid if you can. As per all the other reviews here, they are clearly having major issues with their customer service. It's the opposite of help. Not sure why management aren't getting involved. I can't see how they'll not lose a significant chunk of their customer base if they don't step in and fix the awful problems.
Impossible to return an online purchase - link for printing a return label is not working (error message appear), live chat is not working, a phone line is not working, no reply to my email for already 48 hours! I am so upset!
Great products when you can get them in the sale. Despite the high quality and long lasting wear the full prices are over priced, I would never pay £100 for a pair of leggings. Service has always been very good although returns can be a bit of a faff. Would recommend.
£9 key chain never arrived. Chased monthly for a refund out of principle. Emailed fortnightly with all the relevant info. It took them 4 months to refund. No email To advise. I’ve had better service from Wish.com and that’s an automated service. I wish I’d known about Trust Pilot before I ordered. Too many bad reviews.
Will not issue refund for weeks, they hold onto your money!
Please don’t use UPS. unreliable
There is clearly a huge issue with Lululemon at the moment. I have been a loyal customer for years and never before experienced any issues but my most recent experience has been very poor indeed. I placed an order, some time later was told one of the products was out of stock, and the other items simply never arrived. I contacted customer service today and apparently my order is lost in the warehouse! Not sure how that can happen but it has. They have processed my refund, though I’m not sure when the funds will hit my account. I returned another order weeks ago and am still waiting. It’s not good enough.
I bought a vest with a boob shelf from Lululemon because they claim to be a company that cares about sustainability, but clearly this is just empty words. A company which values sustainability doesn't waste resources producing rubbish that noone wants to throw in the package with every order. Unlike the other reviews at the moment I did get what I ordered, and it seems to be decent quality, but it's a long way from being worth the price tag.
Awful experience. It took over a month for my money to be refunded to me. Customer service is horrific and they constantly lie. Don't bother with them. Use Sweaty Betty instead.
Just grim Even though zero stars is not an option at least the instore service is decent. Like a lot of other online reviews, customer service is ZERO. In fact, there is no direct customer service email for the UK, I sent an email which ended up being responded to by someone in Canada telling me I needed to adjust my location - I used my UK account to find a contact email - go figure. I also tried one of the numbers supposedly for the UK which just had an automated response and then hung up ! I tried again later and was told an 'educator' (??) would be with me shortly - not sure of their definition of shortly ..... 30 minutes later some strange music and a repeated voiceover - dire. Interestingly, unlike other companies who get a bashing over their customer service, no one from LuluLemon has even bothered to acknowledge or respond to the negative reviews. I love Lululemon for all their clothes but yes, they are expensive, and for that you would expect if there is a problem it is easy to report - that's a huge fail. It is only now having experienced a problem with delivery that you realise they do not seem to be bothered with any form of after sales service. Why do they use UPS ? The worst courier I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Their tracking is appalling, their sms text function does not work nor does their email update function despite telling you it has been accepted. I have been waiting for 2 parcels which are now 4 days late. One arrived, I believe having been delivered to the wrong address despite having been in all day waiting for the delivery. The other parcel, ordered 2 days BEFORE the one that turned up has gone AWOL and no idea where it is or when it will arrive - if it will. Come on LuluLemon, get your act together. Address all the concerns people have brought up and do something about it otherwise, despite a pandemic where people are doing more online shopping than ever before, without a good interface for customer service, you will end up losing your audience and customers who make your brand what it is. I only hope I get my 2nd parcel otherwise I will be reverting to Paypal to intervene as this is just not acceptable.

Lululemon UK faces significant criticism from customers, with many expressing frustration over poor product quality and inadequate customer service. Reviewers frequently report receiving items that do not match the advertised quality, with complaints about faulty goods, such as broken clasps on sports bras and leggings that quickly lose their softness. The customer service experience is particularly troubling, with numerous accounts of unresponsive support and unresolved issues regarding lost or delayed orders. While some customers appreciate the fast shipping and quality of certain products, these positives are overshadowed by the overwhelming negative feedback regarding service and product reliability. Overall, the sentiment leans heavily towards dissatisfaction, with many urging potential buyers to reconsider their purchases.
