Appalling customer service. I received two pairs of running shorts which still had electronic tags on them. There was no return label or form sent with the clothes. Despite having asked on several occasions, I still haven't received a returns label. When you email them you get a lot of "reaching out" nonsense in their reply, but they don't seem to actually do anything. Apparently, emailing me a returns label takes 7-10 days! It's almost 2 months since I received the order and have been emailing them. So I have two pairs of running shorts that I can neither wear or return. Don't bother to buy from them unless you want a lot of grief.

Extremely poor customer service, received a pair of shorts with the tag still on, very difficult to get in touch with anyone from Lululemon. Returned the package a month ago, no update from them and no refund yet, I definitely won't be buying anything from their website again, potentially it's fine in store.

Unfortunately I received a faulty top on 19th April so I contacted the customer service and they eventually told me to send it back. I sent it back nearly 2 weeks ago and can see they received it on the UPS tracking, however they now won't answer my emails and still haven't given me my refund! Really disappointed as I am a loyal customer and I feel like I am being ignored by the customer service team. Update: I finally received my refund 2 months later...

I haven't received any confirmation email after I placed the order, so I phoned their customer services and I wasn't very pleased with their attitude...Worst shopping experience ever

Incredibly disappointed with the customer services. Ordered 4 items on April 25th and they were never delivered to me as they stated my home address was invalid (which it wasn't- I have received all my other deliveries). I can't get through on the phone line and have emailed a number of times. Have once had a response saying they are being resent back to me. I have still not received any confirmation that they are on their way to me. Have now asked to be refunded (its been 5 weeks!) and I am still being ignored. Shocking. I would give no stars if I could.

Good products and free delivery. The free delivery arrived on time and was easy to track. Products received were what I was expecting.

If I could give no stars I would. Based on the dire customer service, I would not be surpried if this company was about to go out of business. Ordered leggings online through the UK website in April. Sent my leggings back over 2 weeks ago now, as they were too small. Still have not received an acknowledgement of the return or a refund. Customer service say they will respond in 3-4 business days!!! C'mon Lululemon, get your act together, your dire customer service and response times will kill off your brand. Customer service is everything and just as important as the product UPDATE: its now been 18 days since I returned the leggings using the UPS label provided. Still no acknowledgement of the return or a refund. UPDATE: Lululemon customer service finally got in contact to let me know that I would receive a refund in 28 days! Never shopping with this retailer again.

Returned items as per the return policy on the Lululemon web site. Goods where received and signed for on the 1ST May (UPS).Still waiting for a refund ! as other reviews have posted There Live Chat is always fully and there return Email checker on there website they seem to ignore. Would not buy from them again there customer services is awful.

I am so happy with my purchase. Ordered something on Saturday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning. I didn't pay for any next day shipping as it was free. Was also shipped from the Netherlands and I am amazed that during the COVID-19 crisis my delivery came so quickly.

I wish I could give no stars! Order did not turn up and refund took a huge length of time to be made. Multiple emails to their 'Customer Service' dept. always dodging responsibility and delaying the whole transaction. I am still waiting for my refund despite my order having been received back at Lululemon. Probably the most useless organisation in existence. Seriously avoid this cowboy outfit.

Their online return form isn't working, their live chat is always (!) full, they don't respond to emails despite several attempts to chase. Used to be good in terms of quality and customer service (which I'd expect as it's not exactly cheap) however, it doesn't live up to the standard anymore. Disappointed

They have great leggings

Sadly one of my children used one of our credit cards to purchase items from Lululemon. Lululemon did not carry out even basic checks such as confirming the name and address were that of the cardholder (which they were not). Because we are outside the standard returns window they are saying they are not allowing a return/refund. I fully accept my child's wrong-doing in this (and my own failings in not picking it up sooner) - but the simple fact is that Lululemon should never have accepted the payment; and given that they did, they should shoulder their level of responsibility. Lululemon was not the only retailer involved - but they seem to be the only one not willing to take their responsibility on the chin. Shame on them

i'm a little upsetti spagetti that i'm still fat and ugly. i thought these were supposed to make me look snatched but instead i look detached. 10/10 would recommend.
