Ordered many times, and never had a problem! Love the quality of their items. Never had a big issue with delivery, orders arrive within the displayed time frame. Once they didn't send a piece I ordered but they never charged me, so no refund needed just a bit annoying as there was no communication but other than that love Lulu!

This could of easily been a negative review as my order took nearly 5 weeks to arrive, however every time I needed to speak to a customer service assistant they were excellent and really helpful and responded quickly.

Truly awful online experience. 3 orders placed, none delivered. Numerous emails over a lengthy period, orders replaced centrally, still not delivered. Complete waste of time and so frustrating. There must be real issues with the tech system. Made to feel totally irrelevant

Die Materialien sind großartig und rechtfertigen den Preis. Die Angaben zur Bestimmung der Größe sind sehr gut. Service Qualität kann ich nur bedingt beurteilen. Ich hab bisher fast alles von lululemon behalten.

Bad customer service and time scales. My order took several weeks to arrive. Then had to get it returned as didn’t fit. Been waiting for a month since my return arrived back to them. And have not heard a thing. I’ve chased up for them to “look into it for me” after several emails, still nothing. Customer service and monitoring of orders/ returns needs to improve. Not a good experience

Oh dear. I wish I’d read these appalling reviews before making my first purchase from lululemon. I usually buy sweaty Betty with no problems ever. I bought 2 different sizes of same leggings so returned one pair on January 15th. I queried this yesterday & was told to wait until 5th Feb before making further contact! I also returned on the same date & time another 2 parcels ( sweaty Betty & John Lewis) & these have both been credited to my accounts already. Very disappointing & l feel worried now l might not get my money back! I do hope to be proven wrong & will post another review.

Poor quality, awful customer service. Wore my align leggings less than ten times. A ladder appeared on the bum area with no explanation. Was told it was external force and although I paid £88 for a pair of leggings worn approx 8 times, that are designed for sports and endurance, they won't look into it further and will not send a replacement or refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered a pack it down jacket Chianti Shine on 1st Dec. 2020. I washed it mid-Jan. according to the instructions at 30C. The result was shocking as the jacket became longer and the feather/down moved around, there is no down/feather in the lower back anymore and cannot be shaked back! It should have been labelled as dry-clean perhaps! In addition, one of the light support bras I bought around July/August are already broken near one of the stripes. I bought three pairs the same so each were worn not much. This is the 1st time my sport bras broke in my 14 years gym history. The Lidl brands feel much more stronger!

So overpriced and not worth it... and also still waiting for a refund from them not bothering about replying either

Mostly quick delivery and free returns Had one issue a while ago when the string in leggings broke after one wash and customer service was awful they would not replace them as purchased in a shop I live no where near and wouldn’t allow me to post a return. But other than that had no issues and have ordered plenty more I now only order online, free delivery and returns. I would not purchase from a shop again as can’t get a refund if there’s any issues

Another company who is not taking Brexit situation seriously and did not prepare for it. I did order last Monday on their UK website to realise when I did get the shipping tracking details that the warehouse is in Netherland which means the package will be delayed. I would have not ordered if I knew that the item is not in the UK. I also contacted them to give them feedback about UPS and they did not seem to care. In the meantime the money is taken from my card and the customer is paying for the delays.

Terrible customer service for online orders. I received someone else's order today. I tried livechat plus called customer services twice and it is still not resolved. They refuse to send me my order (having taken full payment) in time for Christmas (given these are Christmas presents). They are saying it would be a "free order" to send me my correct items before they process all the details of the incorrect order I received!! Inconveniencing me a lot by requiring me to waste time providing information about the incorrect order they sent because they didn't even include a packing slip or invoice in the parcel. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told a manager will contact me in 24-48 hours. So I won't get my items in time for Christmas and they refuse to provide a refund as well. All they can do is have a manager call me when they can... what a pity they have such awful customer service when their products are good quality!

Very poor service received in the Westfield, Whitecity shop. I bought leggings during the Black Friday sale. When I realised I had bought the wrong size I went to the shop to exchange with my receipt. They wanted me to pay full price as the internal bar code had changed even though the leggings were exactly the same.

Worst company to do shopping!! Avoid it...they cannot even exchange stuff! You have to return it and then buy again. I paid £88 for a trouser and it came with a label for £78!! I have been waiting for a return for 25 days now. Customer services are useless and clueless. They have no clue what they should do or how to treat customers. I had to talk to 5 different customer services so this comment is not after one call. And still waiting someone to call me and sort it out. 25 days!! this is unacceptable at any level.

Ordered 5 items mid November (so pre-Black Friday). Email received to say ordered had been accepted and I would be informed when dispatched. Great, until a couple of days later, when along comes a second email to say 3 of the 5 items I have purchased weren't actually available. A stock error for 1 item is possibly acceptable, though still not ideal, but for 3 items out of 5 it is certainly not acceptable. I can not understand in today's world of online shopping how their stock level system can be so appalling inaccurate. Of course, by the time I had been informed of their error some of the alternative items I would have purchased were sold out. Until Lululemon sort their system, avoid buying online, else you may end up disappointed.

Very disappointed with the customer experience at Lululemon. Unfortunately, that will be my one and only experience, as there are just too many other options on the market for leggings. I liked the fabric, but the leggings ran large and started bagging at the knees within 15 minutes of wearing. I wanted to exchange the leggings and anticipated myself buying more, however, after sending me on a wild goose chase only to be told after two telephone conversations, three emails, completing information, and sending pictures (as requested) that you are then unable to exchange product makes for frustrated customers - especially at £80 a piece leggings. The people at Lululemon were professional, the process was not. I will not be a repeat customer.

Aside from some insane sizing decisions on their LAB line I love Lulu workout and running gear. Expensive but worth it.

WARNING! Purchase items from this company at your peril. Still waiting for a my refund for an item returned weeks ago. Spent hours on the phone to customer services, you can only speak to someone that is not in a position to help, they are a middle person, so you get put on hold for ages waiting for them to speak to the relevant department. Such a ridiculous set-up.
