Absolutely shocking returns system!! Placed two orders, cannot fault the quality but given the price anything less would be a rip off. Had to return items and that’s where things go downhill, cut off repeatedly on live chat, wait in a queue only to be told they stop live chat at 2pm, called hq and advised as I am not close to a UPS drop off point I need to arrange for them to collect from my home address. Attempted to do this but UPS website would not let me proceed without Lululemon account number!! Call up again only to be told they need to organise collection which could take up to 5 days but they would email me the collection details 🤷🏻♀️. A few days later I receive the email advising collection. That was over a week ago and parcels are still here, awaiting uplift! Emailed customer services twice to enquire further and no response. I will never order from this lot again, competitors offering better customer service and care.
Quality of products cannot be faulted, and where there was a minor issue (not with quality but with colour), they resolved it very quickly and generously.
I purchased a pair of the City Sweat Joggers which on the website had a nice deep red colour. The shade that was delivered looks like a very different shade of red and is more of a pinkish colour. I'm not sure why it looks so different compared to the photo (I also took a screenshot but this product seems to have now disappeared from their website). I'm quite disappointed but I hate returning stuff so I'll end up keeping them. It also makes me reluctant to buy coloured goods from Lululemon as I think their photographer is editing their photos and changing the colours too much. This feels like false marketing in my opinion. The colour of the product in the picture looked fantastic and was a nice deep shade of red so it's a shame the actual product wasn't accurate to this. Apart from the colour the product is very comfortable and I would probably buy more products from them but only in the stores after seeing the products in person.
Unbelievably painful returns process, and poor customer service. Tried to do an online return for some shorts I bought - kept getting an error message right at the end of the process, so eventually decided to use the online chat function. The guy was obviously dealing with multiple customers at once, and kept sending me the wrong messages relating to someone else's query. It took over 15 minutes of "chatting" to have the return processed. It shouldn't be that difficult in this day and age!
I've always thought their leggings were overpriced and only moderate quality, but their yoga bras and yoga accessories are really good and actually worth the spend. But only if they arrive! For some reason this company delivers with UPS. UPS emailed me on a Thursday to say they'd be delivering Friday and a signature was required. Suddenly, mid day on Thursday, the order was marked as delivered, with no photo or signature. It tooks multiple days contacting Lululemon to actually speak to someone who could help. I provided screenshots, I asked multiple times if they would provide me evidence of delivery like the signature, and instead was just told I'd be refunded - but in future there can't be any refunds for order sent to my flat. UPS has obviously lost/stolen my package and this company has tried to blame me for it. Fine, I get my money back, but I wanted the items I ordered - that's why I ordered them. Even if they were in stock, I can't order them again now because if they don't get delivered I won't get refunded. Terrible customer service, whereas I've always had incredible service from their competitors like Sweaty Betty.
Disgusting treatment of customers. There is zero customer service where no one picks up the phone, no one responds and then when they do you get passed from email to dm to absolutely nowhere. I have no present for my daughter despite ordering weeks ago. Absolutely shocking from an expensive brand. You should be ashamed taking customers money and then not providing the product. It is THEFT.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Non existent customer service They have taken my money and provided no answers to queries regarding delivery. They should be closed down. Next step is to start proceedings to recoup my money!
Where is my package? You didn't provide the courier with my complete address and I have not received it yet. Why aren't you fulfilling your orders? This is so ridiculous for an expensive athleisure brand.
Very poor service - promised to deliver 3-5 business days but failed - still waiting for goods - my opinion don’t order on line but in shop but sadly selection is then limited - the chat line is a waste of time, they tell you that you are in a queue but don’t tell you how long the queue is or wait time - rang them took almost an hour to answer - then got told staff not available and who wants to work in retail customer services…all in all great product but great on line failure!
I have ordered online on the 27th November. On the 30th still not received dispatch info. Tried to get in touch but live chat is actually not a live chat. Sent an email and auto reply says to expect an answer in 1-2 working days. On the 1st Dec got email that Lululemon has prepared the order and will only be picked up by carrier 5th December but still no delivery date.
I ordered some items during black Friday and considering the size of Lululemon and the cost of the items, I assumed that the items would be slightly longer to get out but not necessarily 5days long. Having tried to call customer services, despite calling during the hours they're open they said the customer services were closed. Then I went on to LiveChat 3 times and yet no one could locate my order but false promises were given. After all the contact I'm still none the wiser...very frustrated!
Bought few pairs of AIM boxers (spent around £150), after few month they all are torn in the same place, quality is shocking - customer service non-existent (not our problem) be aware stay away

I have placed an order. Typed the address correct, but it appears on the order confirmation with a missing line. Contacted Lululemon ASAP - they couldn't help me in correcting the address. I could to try to call UPS was their best assistance and then the chat was cancelled without notice. Now I have tried to call on the phone for app. one hour. If i could give negative stars they wuold get five stars. I would have cancelled my order, but it was not possible after 60 min.
I ordered a More Miles City Backpack along with another Core Backpack back towards end of June 2022. The items arrived within the timeframe. Having used the MMCB for a few months, carrying a thin Dell laptop, the right shoulder strap had come off, hanging by a thread after October. That’s not really the quality we would expect from this brand. I had put the details on the online form with attached which I got an email to tell me to fill an another form. I have done another form, then I got an email to ask me for the same queries and photos by email. All this has taken over two weeks. And now no responses. Very disappointing, despite I do like their kit.

I received an order which had a missing item. I of course contacted the “customer support” I firstly done this via live chat. Long story short I spoke to a adviser I was told to wait 1-2 days for investigation(which was fine). Then two and half almost 3 days later I get a response telling me they want my phone number to call me, which I emailed back instantly (within half hour of initial email from them). Still haven’t had a response two days later now, then to add I emailed again asking them for their number, as it would be easier for me to call and get this resolved asap (than the alternative waiting on them). I contacted them again via live chat earlier to ask what’s going on and was told to wait a further 1-2 days because they have “many queries”. One could argue if you have many queries and (were knowledgeable to know and tell me that) you shouldn’t have LIED and said 1-2 days to start with to then go on and say another 1-2 after 3-4 not 1-2. So in total I waited the first 2 days(almost 3) plus another two and now I’m being told to wait 1-2 again? For what? Good customer service maybe? I asked for a number on live chat and person I spoke to just told me they’d tell me to wait another 1-2 days! One of the worst experiences ordering online…I’ll just buy my lulus second hand now as Lululemon UK are trash. They’re the ones in wrong and yet here I am chasing this up whilst they take however long they want to respond…I bet those “queries” are alot of complaints no doubt. Also when I asked why they lied about 1-2 days initially to Make me wait another 1-2(after already waiting 2/3 days and today so 4 days plus another 1-2!) as I mean it is and was a blatant lie they ended the live chat rather than admitting fault and explaining why they lied. Nevertheless I wouldn’t recommend using this company…even if they do have good products, for they have of the worst customer service ever.
