Extremely bad experience!!!!
Minus minus is the rate for HOMEBOX!!! First, they delivered damaged nightstand. When I asked them for replacement, they said it’s “usage-related” (mesning I scratched the product) and won’t be able to replace it🤦🏻♀️ plus it took them 2 weeks to reply. Second, we got the matress as well. After only one month of usage, it’s ruined. They even sent their technicians to confirm, they did, still no action taken from homebox! Very disappointed. Truly unprofessional/rude staff, lack of knowlegde and ot top extremely low products quality!
