Homebox used to be reliable, but in my last two experiences, there were significant issues. It seems like their product quality has declined, and customer service is lacking. Despite claiming delivery, they only provided the bed from a 6-piece bedroom set. They demanded full payment upfront, even though the side table was missing, and only after payment did they reveal other issues, like a faulty bed quality and incorrect dressing table doors. I had to book a hotel for guests due to the incomplete delivery. When I contacted Homebox for a refund, they stated they don't have a refund policy, leaving me with subpar furniture and no resolution. This is a request don’t pay them first otherwise they will not be responsible for any thing
