They can not manage their team
They can not manage warehouse and derivery date. I bought sofa and they scheduled 8 of Jan morning. But they didn't deliver, they didn't call. I called customer center, she said it's not our problem. They said the problem is from warehouse. The warehouse is not home box? I can not understand what is she saying. Even home box staff called me last Friday to confirm delivery time and date. She said 8th of Jan morning. What is this. Delay is ok, but I'm tired about their lie and excuse. They have bad system.
