Customer service brilliant
Pedro Brito my installer was brilliant. He even let me know that he was running a little bit late
Since having Hey!Broadband installed in my home, I have experienced an endless catalogue of problems. The service is unreliable, and trying to get any meaningful help is virtually impossible. Today, I waited on the phone for 17 minutes and finally reached number one in the queue, only to be told, “We can’t take any more calls,” before the call ended. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Whenever I try to call or speak to someone, I am regularly cut off. On the rare occasion I receive a callback, the problem is still not properly resolved. I then receive rude emails saying they are closing the fault because they have “not heard from me,” despite my repeated attempts to contact them. I have asked several times to leave because Hey!Broadband is clearly unable to provide an acceptable service in my home. Their response is that I can leave only if I pay an early termination charge. Why should I have to pay to escape a contract when they cannot provide the service I am paying for? They have asked whether I want them to split the two router frequencies. The answer is NO. I do not want another workaround or experiment. I want reliable broadband, proper customer support and a genuine resolution. Unreliable service, disconnected calls, faults closed without being fixed, rude communication and absolutely no accountability. DO NOT USE. DO NOT JOIN. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT. This is the only response you get Dear LISA, We are notifying you that your complaint CPL00***** has now been closed as we have not heard back from you. If you need to still discuss anything, please do not hesitate to contact us at ****co.uk or call us at 0808 168 1616 to raise a new query with our customer services team. The Hey!Broadband Team ITS A LOOP!
Unbelievable, second time this week!! Do the people at F&N networks (Hey Broadband) actually know what they are doing!! Atrocious service. Not sure why you have an outsourced South African call center, as soon as there is network issue they switch the phones off. F&N networks have you considered you have paying customers or do you just disregard us and think what you are delivering is acceptable.
Customer Service & Repairs Team on Resetting my Password THANKS 😊
I had a great experience so far with hay broadband. I called this morning because it wasn't connecting to my TV a guy called Daniel help me sort it all out.
Telephone call with a member of cancellation team was hopefully fruitful full.
Sandile Mbatha was very helpful with my query and made the whole process easy and smooth. Much appreciate such a great service and would definitely recommend to future customer. ⭐️
I have been a Hey! Broadband customer for two years now at a cost of £33 p/month for their 1GB symmetrical service to include a static IP address and so this would have been a 5* review based on no issues to date and no reason to contact their Customer Service. All I've done is use the service and paid the money each month. Until a couple of days ago when I received notification that they will be taking £90.73 Rang them today and the reason for three times the price increase was because I am now out of contract. Wow...what a way to retain your loyal customer. On digging deeper it seems that now I am out of contract the cost will rise from £33 to £55 p/month and the £90.73 comes from the fact that my contract expired mid-September and they only charged me £17.89 for the partial month. Apparently they sent a reminder email sometime last month that I haven't seen but even so to spank me for being a loyal customer for two years and then whacking up my bill seems well out of order to me and serves the opposite of trying to retain me as a customer. I've just looked at Virgin Media and they can provide their GIG1 service to me for an average of £27.99 p/month but with an upload speed of 104Mbps which is slower than the promised symmetrical speed of 1GB from Hey! Broadband although for some reason I only see @340MB of it. Upload speed is neither here or there for me and to be honest neither is monthly cost to be honest as they're all pretty close but the biggest issue by far is how I have been treated as an existing customer. I rang Hey! Broadband back a second time and ended up with retentions who said they can offer me the same package I am on for £33 per month which was what I have already been paying so why try and spank me in the first place by sending me an invoice for £90+ It makes no sense to me as looking after existing customers and minimising churn is a good thing isn't it? Well I told them I have cancelled my DD as I am not paying £90+ and they told me they can't offer me anything other than the quoted £33 per month which I have been happy with for the last two years but as I said I was not looking to beat them over the head to save a couple of quid - its more about principle for me and the way I have been treated when we could have just carried on as we were. I told them I would think about it as I am currently leaning 90% towards Virgin as a direct result of how I have been treated and they are going to call me back on Monday.
Very helpful , he provided us very good service. Now i have an internet. Chris bellott
Chris Bellott he is a good man and his work is amazing I am happy thank you
I was with BT for a landline (which I need) and internet. I had no technical issues but their prices kept going up, so after consideration, I switched to Hey Broadband - Big mistake. They installed their kit, in roughly the same place as the BT kit, but the wi-fi signal barely got outside the room, let alone the rest of the house. Their solution? To upgrade the system with boosters (at additional cost). The engineer uninstalled the old kit (which I had to post to London at my expense) and installed the new kit. However, this had to be activated by a team elsewhere - so he left me with nothing working and the instructions on how to finish the set up. He repeatedly assured me the landline would work. Two hours after the engineer left, the main kit switched on and, following the instructions, I managed to get the boosters on, except one of them wouldn't work as the signal was too weak and the landline didn't work. I reported the issues to customer services. That evening I received an email stating that they had tried to reach me via the landline but couldn't get through (!) and did I still need help (!!). I explained via email that the reason they couldn't reach me was the landline didn't work and that was why I needed a solution. Answer came there none. I chased. No response. I chased again. No response.
I have very good experience with Hey!Broadband , very nice work done , very good person who fit wifi in my house

Today my Internet was installed at home, Engineer Chris Bellott made a wonderful job, recomend
Absolutely the worst broadband provider I have ever dealt with. I tried to transfer my service when moving home, only to be told that HeyBroadband doesn't even cover my new address. Through no fault of my own, my contract had to end. Instead of being understanding, they slapped me with an outrageous early termination fee of £346 for a service they failed to provide at my new location! To top it all off, they expect me to pay out of my own pocket to post their equipment back to them. Charging customers hundreds of pounds to cancel when they are the ones unable to deliver coverage is daylight robbery. Customer service was unhelpful and completely unsympathetic. Save yourself the stress, hidden charges, and headaches—stay well away from HeyBroadband.
Need communication smoothly and useful to use email access
Great service and been super reliable. I've dealt with customer service and technical team and they were perfect. Highly recommend them at the moment!
The broadband speed is good, but that is where the positivity ends. These guys are cowboys. It feels like everything is done on the cheap. Everything else outside the service itself is horrific. Let's begin with customer service. It is an out-of-country department. Each time I call, it is the most unprofessional environment I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. The call centre has clearly never heard of noise-cancelling headsets or software. You cannot hear yourself think with the laughing and shouting in the background. Let's move on to the technical capabilities of HeyBroadband... or lack thereof. I have their 'Superpods' as part of my setup. These were incorrectly provisioned by their engineer on day one and took approximately two years to actually sort out. Even then, whatever HB did, my home security cameras stopped working properly, and WiFi calling stopped working. Eventually, WiFi calling got fixed - although it didn't. And in 'not fixing' WiFi calling, the changes the 'Senior' support team had made to my router then caused knock-on effects elsewhere. Cowboy operation, run by cowboys with a customer service contact centre that appears to be located in the Wild West.
