Our engineer today was Pedro Brito. He kept us up to date on when he expected to arrive. And was helpful and made the effort to get us up and online, even climbing through a hedge to get to the telephone pole. Thank you!

I've had nothing but issues with HB as a company for the whole of my recent contract and parts of my previous. However it would be disingenuous if I did not leave a review, highlighting how great Emma Cooksey Billing manager is. After several hideous interactions which I cannot articulate the stress and frustration caused, Emma methodically, conscientiously, thoroughly picked apart and set right. She was incredibly patient, even when I was sarcastic in my initial email thinking I was dealing with another idiot as I had the past, she genuinely cared about helping resolve the problems with the account and service. Fair is fair in life and Emma has been the highlight of HB! If HB reads these reviews properly, I highly recommend you base your customer service and problem solving training around Emma and the way she operates with her customers. Thanks Emma, I hope you get some commendation from the company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Chris Bellott for the Wi-Fi fitting. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the installation. The work was completed neatly and efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable Wi-Fi installation.

Engineer was polite and efficient. Also happy to discuss options for router placement and giving us the option of creating our own password.

Easy to set up and use, with a smooth activation process. The service has been reliable so far and works well for my everyday mobile needs.

WARNING - ABSOLUTE SH1T DO NOT CHANGE YOUR BROADBAND FOR HEY.IF YOU THINK THEY ARE GIVING YOU NEW THIS THAT AND ITS CHEAPER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS AND TECH SUPPORT IS EVEN WORSE. THEY CANT FIX AND WONT REFUND. NIGHTMARE THEY WONT EVEN SEND ENGINEER OUT.

When the time hits 11pm the internet speed drops down to 2mbps? Slower than Virgin media and even more unreliable.

Rang to cancel contract in the belief I had been mis-sold a contract. Neo Machaba worked through, clarified and confirmed a better contract than anticipated. Very grateful.

Apart from some installation problems I was still very happy with the whole process

It’s not very often that the broadband drops out but hey broadband advise by text as soon as they are aware of a problem in the area and then send regular updates. Repairs or reconnections are very quick. Customer service very good.

Pedro Brito was amazing at installing our internet! Came a day early as he was in the area! Explained what he was doing and why he was doing it and answered any question! Went above and beyond to get it installed! Would definitely recommend!
