Unbelievable second outage this week
Unbelievable, second time this week!! Do the people at F&N networks (Hey Broadband) actually know what they are doing!! Atrocious service. Not sure why you have an outsourced South African call center, as soon as there is network issue they switch the phones off. F&N networks have you considered you have paying customers or do you just disregard us and think what you are delivering is acceptable.
