No tracking information and no delivery after 4 weeks
No informaion and no delivery, We have a shipment of one pallet that was picked on Augugst 14, 2019. As of Septmember 5 we have not been provided tracking information, the name of the carrier or the whereabouts of this shipment. Hopefully, somebody from Ex-Freight Zeta will read this and get back to me. Extremely unhappy with this impossibly bad service.
