Great program for Si joint and lower back

This is a perfect program for getting pain free and stronger. I came to it after doing physical therapy for an SI joint injury, and this program helped me build up my strength to keep it from happening in the future. I loved Dr. Pebbles and his easy methodical approach.

Simple, effective and provides tools to use for a lifetime.

This program was incredibly beneficial for me. As a professional athlete, my body takes a beating, and when I started this program in the Spring, I was preparing for my 3rd back surgery. Within a a few weeks of doing the program daily, I felt much better and have been able to postpone the surgery as my pain has significantly improved. The best part about this program is that it can be done in a hotel room, on the floor at an airport gate, or living room. The program is very easy to follow and never pushes anyone to move on until they are ready for the next step. The customer support has been exceptional, and I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a program that can help stabilize their core and back muscles. Can't say enough about how well it worked for me.

Great program and excellent customer…

Great program and excellent customer service. The program instruction is easy to follow and Dr. Ryan explains everything very well. The program offers tons of resources including videos, articles, and an online community for support. It is very apparent they really want you to succeed. I definitely recommend the program!

I could go on and on about this course…

I could go on and on about this course but I will *try* to make it short and sweet. First, it works! With dedication you can truly have astonishing results. I have also learned so much in such a short period of time that I spent years trying to understand on my own and thru the medical systems. I have gained a true understanding of mind and body connection and the importance of the community support so you feel less alone. The team members and Dr Ryan are some of the kindest humans, their responses to each and every student question are thoughtful and thorough, genuine and sincere. I truly can't recommend CBT enough, from the community, to the mental aspects, to the core connection explained in such great depth, I couldn't ask for more! Thanks for all you guys do for the back community!

Highly recommend!

Following this program was the best decision/investment I made. It’s a program that is self paced, full of knowledge and support, and restores balance in the body. I no longer have lower back pain, improved my posture, and learned a variety of exercises to maintain my active lifestyle. Highly recommend!

This worked for me

This course did what it said it would. It was easy to follow, the exercises will suit anybody at any age, it’s understandable, and hopefully a long term solution to back pains.

Helped with my SI joint…

Helped tremendously with my SI joint pain. I now know what exercises to do and what not to do so I do not keep irritating the joint. It's almost healed. Thanks!

Great program.

I had become discouraged about my back pain. My MRI diagnosis contained the words "severe" over and over again. I did not want to try surgery, and the last time I had a joint injection they hit a nerve because the space had grown too narrow. By connecting to my "anchors" as per this program, I immediately felt relief. It was empowering to affect the change myself. I continue to make the time each day and I'm stronger, more mobile and I'm not done. I also love that he has you "do less" when you need to! Less is still a step forward toward core strength, balance, and mobility.

Great program

Great program, I have tried many options in past and this program is only 15 mins each day, and works. I felt much better and stronger as time went on. I recommend this for anyone with back or neck pain or tightness.

CBT gives you control over your low back pain

I could say any number of positive things about this program, but what Dr. Ryan and his team have done is create a tool that puts back pain sufferers in control of their own day to day life. I do not have to wait to see a doctor or physical therapist if I have a pain flare up. Setbacks can be endured and overcome by following the steps of the program, and this single feature has given me the most hope. I no longer worry about setbacks, so I am more confident doing things that used to create anxiety and fear. And the support you receive through the weekly livestream question and answer sessions is priceless. So grateful I discovered Core Balance Training!

Core Balance is exactly what it advertises- invaluable!

I just completed the Core Balance program. This program has made a significant positive impact on my life giving me tools to help me control and relieve my chronic back pain. Dr. Peebles and his team have put together a progressive program that is supportive and instructive. They are an honest, kind, and share their experience and knowledge.

Legit medical…

Not only is it a legit medical practice, not a money grab, the guidance is top notch. I’ve been in PT several times in the last three years, I do not know WHY face-to-face PT is never able to give practical, actual real guidance on posture, how to sit, etc. , this program has taught me how to sit for 2 hrs driving with no sciatic pain. Period. It is top notch, real Physical Therapy.

Great program.

I appreciated the anatomy and phyiology explanations and diagrams at beginning of program. It really helped me understand what I was trying to accomplish. I liked that the program was gradual - gave me time to learn how to do each exercise and make it a habit before learning more complex moves. This also prevented causing overuse/stress on my comprimised back by gradually upping the game. The program allowed me to tailor the daily exerises to what worked best for me. Also, I liked that if I had to take some time off, like for a trip, the lessons would not be sent until I resumed the last lesson. If I got back to 7 lessons in my email queue, I might not have continued with the program. Great job team - this has helped me so much and has given me skills that I can use for my whole life.

Do this program if you have back pain!

Core Balance Training is an amazing program that has changed my whole understanding of back pain, my body, and my approach to physical fitness. It's the most helpful intervention I've had in decades of dealing with back pain with multiple doctors and physical therapy prescriptions and steroid shots. After completing about half the program, my pain is disappearing and I'm getting my life back. The program's focus on muscle imbalances, postural retraining, and all-day healthy movement has given me tools and understandings for a lifetime. Dr. Ryan Peebles and the staff are thoughtful, caring, and responsive to their students; I can't say enough about them and the program. If you have back pain, you have to give this a try. Just be sure to give it time and go slow, one step at a time; that's partly how/why it works. (One immediately helpful thing is to STOP doing things that may be doing more harm than good.)

This program really helped me connect to my core and strengthen it.

This program really helped me understand the connection to the core more than any other research or physical therapy I have done. I wasn’t getting a true core bracing grasp before and I really needed this following back surgery and trying to get back to a regular weight training program. I needed to be able to learn the safest way to do what I enjoy, which is golfing and lifting. I am so glad I took a chance on this program. It is perfect for those who need help like I did. I suffered from siatica for a better part of a year and the surgery I chose helped relieve that pain. This program has helped me understand how I can be safe so I don’t continue my bad habits of my first 50 years of life.
