I appreciative of Dr Ryan's clear instruction, and I benefited tremendously from reviewing the lessons and picking up tips I'd missed going through the first time. The program itself requires adjustments in very basic life habits, like breathing and maintaining a core connection all day. I'm still working to accomplish these consistently. My case is probably severe compared to others who are younger and don't have severe stenosis. I still have pain, and I know that I need more time to reap the benefits. Give me another 6 months, and I'll be able to report more success. I'm so much more in tune with my body, especially my posterior chain muscles and the muscles that make up the cylinder around my abdomen! I'd recommend Core Balance Training to anyone who has lost the muscular structure we all had as children that allowed us to move uninhibited.
